Yeah probably not, however we’re yet to see anything official from law enforcement naming them POIs as far as I’m aware still. Not saying it was the case, just saying it’s a possibility.

Maybe they are simply going back over those original 3 search sites with a fine tooth comb because three areas were originally searched by multiple persons including one who later became a person of interest. Easy to not find something if you dont want it found.

I can’t quite explain why I feel so strongly as I do…CS being found is another catalyst to this story. Not just the Coroner’s inquest and instruction. I feel both cases are linked. Not by perps, but by someone experiencing an emotional reaction to her abduction, and being finally triggered to tell what they know. I truly believe this was a recent catalyst.MOO.
I haven’t read here much about an AVO, but my husband has watched news and referenced it tonight. What is that about?

The thing is, William always seemed loved, happy and well-cared for in most photos and videos. This allegation really throws me.

Are bio parents allowed to know who their child is fostered with? I don't know much about the laws around it.

Yes, it is their right to know identity and address but some pieces of information can be withheld for safety reasons. Eg if a parent is violent. Also over time this is reassessed and more information is provided to bio parents as risk reduces. In Australia it is the norm that foster carers and bio parents will meet and communicate with each other in respect to the children. Exactly what that communication looks like varies from case to case based upon safety and what works best for the parties. All of that communication is meant to be transparent to the Department overseeing it eg FACS.

This is the 1st mention by FFC about the "2 cars"! This was about 9 months before the 60 minutes documentary.

What has seemed odd to me all day is that law enforcement said this new search will take 2-3 weeks. How do they know how long it will take to find anything? Is that just the maximum amount of time they will search those areas if they don’t find anything? They could find something tomorrow, for instance.

Anyone got any idea where the 3 areas in Kendall will be?

My guess is:
1. Fire trail at end of Benaroon Drive to where the trail meets up with Batar Creek Road and than back to Benaroon Drive.
2. Kendall Cemetery
3. All properties in Benaroon Drive including all neighbour properties and properties from other streets that back onto Benaroon Drive.

Edited to add: Cedar Creek Road? Was it ever revealed why police previously conducted an intensive search of that area?

That's how I take it; that 2-3 weeks is on the assumption that nothing is found.

That would make sense, except they seem convinced they’re looking for a body now and not looking for clues. You’d think if they’re so certain they’re going to find something concrete in one of those 3 search areas then they wouldn’t be walking away empty handed after just a few weeks.

His foster mother tells investigators as she drove around looking for William, she saw a large truck coming down the road and pulled over to let it pass.

“And then I drive really slow on Moore, and I get to the Riding School and I just think, he’s not here.

So was this the riding school she drove to back then? the RDA which that spot appears to be in the latest search.

I think the bolded is very interesting, considering,..

Even if (and I really do mean IF) the FCs were responsible, they have family who aren't responsible and would would have known WT and his sister and who are impacted by this. Also they're not going to tip their hand at this stage, if the court list wasn't public I doubt all these articles about the FCs would have been written today, right? How long has that court listing been public, I wonder?
