If the foster parents are removed from the foster system, would their names then not be hidden?

The DT article says that they have 'chosen' not to name the suspect, due to legal reasons.

Maybe they can name the 'suspect' now .... but they could face a big ole lawsuit if they are wrong. o_O

As I've previously said I never found her particularly compelling, but those who were actually at the coronial inquiry might have other impressions of her and I'll defer to their opinion having seen her in person.
I did find her genuine, him ? Not sure.

If this is true they watched BS loose his grandchildren.

Family Service would remove the child if any close members of the are facing court charges, as BS was and for some years had been forgotten that charges were impending.

I think it means that the searches are being done under Coronial orders.
The Coroner wants something(s) else checked out to her satisfaction.
Ah yes that makes sense, thanks SA :)

The experts involved in the search so far -

Hydrologist Professor Jon Olley, who helped in the retrieval of Daniel Morcombe’s remains in Queensland.

Archaeologist Tony Lowe specialises in water and soil displacement and his expertise will be used to assist searchers in understanding what soil has moved — and where it has moved to — from floods and heavy rain since William disappeared.

Penny McArdle - Archaeologist and forensic anthropologist.

"The dig could last several weeks." Possibly the answer to the 2 - 3 week question ......

Would that mean that the sister has not been in their care since Dec 2020. She is 12 yrs old ( I think) when friendship groups and stability is so important, why sell up and move.

Although this doesn’t match up with the name on the court listing, so not sure how accurate that reporting is… IMO
What do you mean? Daily Telegraph haven’t yet named FFC have they?

What do you mean? I saw the expected initials listed? Unless you mean the FFC name?

There are two AVOs being sought, one against each foster parent.

  • #916
That is correct SouthAussie.
Family Service would remove the child if any close members of the are facing court charges, as BS was and for some years had been forgotten that charges were impending.
Sadly even if AVO is not granted, Lindsay would be removed from Foster Parents after Court Session.
It is very possible within 24 hours even next few days she would be removed from Foster Parents before the Court Session. Forcing Child Services hand as it was made public before Court Date.

The child has already been removed, I believe LE have been working on the new evidence spoken about today in MSM since September and it's all ramped up to the final stage of recovering a body. They couldn't keep that quite so have updated the public. I'm sure over the next few day's more will come to light in the media and then everyone will have their answer's. IMO

Detectives and analysts from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad have been investigating William’s disappearance under Strike Force Rosann, and believe his disappearance was as a result of human intervention.

However, William Tyrell’s foster parents have called claims by police sources that they are closing in on a new suspect in the toddler’s disappearance “fake news”.

“Once again we are forced to watch others objectify William for personal gain,” a statement from the couple released on September 7.

“To publish unverified claims, without consideration to the hurt that articles of this nature cause, is disrespectful and devastating to everyone who knows and loves William,” the statement said.

“On the seventh anniversary of William’s disappearance, we ask of the person or persons involved; how much more heartbreak must be endured before you come forward,” the statement read.
