What is the weird obsession in the thread with PS. If there's no evidence of an accident on his premises or on his vehicles, and no history of him having inappropriate actions with or toward children, why do people still consider this theory that he is connected credible? What am I missing?
GJ investigated him for several years and could never even name his as a Person of Interest in the case.

The evidence presented here that he is nefarious in some way tells us this about him:
1. He has an (unwelcome) interest in adult presenting females, not children
2. He is social enough with his neighbors to offer them assistance when they are experiencing difficult times
3. At one point he spoke to his dead wife out loud professing fear and anxiety in an illegally recorded conversation

If there's no evidence his car was involved in an accident there is literally no logical evidence connecting PS to the disappearance of WT and I am fairly sure if there was, GJ would not have had to defend his decision to record him without warrant before a court.

Do we know what ps was doing from 10 to 10.30
I'm hazy about the times now. I think he was preparing to take a trip to transport his brother to the hospital, which he cancelled after he knew WT was missing. Never got a clear explanation.

That's correct, he made himself a meal according to his statement to the inquest. His reason given was that both a long drive or joining the search party would require a full stomach for him to be of use.

There was a bit going on that morning on Benaroon drive

There was the MFC leaving, the crabs coming back from their walk, AMS out having a smoke, HS leaving for bingo & the MFC coming back @ 10.35. PS & his walks & teas & toast & the postie

And no one saw anything or each other........

Adding to this post LH got home about 10:30-10:35 from grocery shopping & the mower man she saw at that time.

So in the time frame of 10:30-10.40 there was AMS having a smoke , MFC arriving home , HS leaving at 10:37 0r 10:38 ( just checked my notes ) LH getting back from shopping @ 10:30-10:35.

But, she was contemplating sending him back because he was a handful. I cant imagine that she had a bond with him and still had thoughts of sending him back. I find this the most suspicious part of this case.
Is there anything factual to backup this claim (in an interview etc?). <modsnip>

Just one quick thing , the recordings were not illegal, they had a supreme court warrant.

Why would she drive towards the riding school to hide a body, when all she had to do was turn west and she would have found herself in the deep forest, a much better place?
Cause the car she had wouldn't go there.
IMO

I live on a property that has fire trails so rough that you have to drive around boulders, and I use my old 2001 Corolla to go back and forth to the waterhole .. surely the fire trails in Kendall aren't that bad! I'll see if I can find out more .. managed to drop the little man thing down on one of the fire trails along Kendall Forest Road, any car could drive that no problem in my opinion.

Do you have a timeline for ps of his morning...t
A couple of houses were for sale, could someone cruising down the street hit WT and put him in the boot, disposed of him out of the district. There's hit and runs quite often, hard to remove a lifeless adult victim from the street but easier with a very small child. jmo
He thing is you would have to b the coldest of people..unless you are a scum..any decent person would stop..who ever did I'm sure has had criminal re
Except she said she went inside to make a cup of tea around 10am (according to her version of events), and the coroner queried the tea cup still being hot an hour-ish later when police arrived and noted the cup of tea was still warm (please correct this if I'm wrong, this was mentioned in a previous post, but I can't find reference to this in reports from the inquiry).

I don't think the coroner would be as concerned, say, about a warm teapot with a cosy on (which would more reasonably be warm).
Perhaps the FGM went inside and made a cup of tea while FM was searching, although seems unlikely, surely they were all out calling etc till police arrived.

Ok so so between10 and 10.25 is the most likely gone missing time

No one has insinuated anything about PS and children! It wasn't illegally recorded, there was a active warrant to bug his house.
PS was a POI, so was BS, and many more, FM is a POI. I take it, if she's cleared, no one will post in this thread about her and WT's disappearance? Yeah, I didn't think so.

There was a lot going on in the S.-home that day: HS prepared a meal because her brother would visit this day. HS went for her Bingo. PS prepared a second breakfast for himself. PS went - we don't know, where exactly. Actually he had to drive to his brother's hospital, but he didn't. So he had some duty, but preferred to stay in Kendall because of the "adventure" of a child going missing in his little village.
I don't think, he needs to have been involved in WT's disappearing. But anyway he was a close and very pry neighbor, who kept his eyes and ears open all the time, it seems. And who maybe had to hide something for himself , if I only think of his visits to the Caravan lady.

I don't know so I'll put it down to my opinion cause I cn't be bothered finding links. I think it was Co's podcast that outlined the need for I'm guessing a higher clearance 4wd at the start of the track cause when she drove up it, it certainly did damage to her car. It may be possible and I was contemplating the same question this morning when I was thinking about various cars and why they didn't use the track as opposed to the other end of the street. The 3 suspicious cars mentioned and the FGM's car did not sound equipped for the track.

Although I have been discounting the suspicious cars FFC states she saw that morning, I am still aware that since that time, a white station wagon has been seen by several witnesses parked in the exact spot she said and facing the same direction. Surely police found out whose car it was and possibly the grey car as well. IMO

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed. Random podcasts are not allowed.>

The FFC remembering the cars that no-one else really saw is one of the more suspicious things.

Here is the access to the firetrail at the end of the street, yes not as good as the other one .. so yeah maybe it was better to access a secluded spot by driving in another direction?

If photo was at 7.30am, and FF took body to bury or dispose at 9.30am, wouldn't that mean they're looking in wrong car and wrong spot?

  • #917
Here is what I don't understand. If she had placed the body somewhere between FGM's home and Summerwoods---wouldn't the dogs or the searchers have found him at some point? FM didn't travel very far that morning. And IIRC, there were extensive searches during that time, in all of the surrounding areas. Or am I misremembering?

I thought that there was a large outpouring of volunteers and first responders scouring the area at the start of the case?

The FFC stated that she drove to the riding school and thought "he isn't here" - another thing which could have been technically true (if he had been placed further than that), so easier to say in a statement.

I saw it mentioned that the FF personally applied for a supression order prior to media about WT's disappearance being published, as to protect their identities, which surely should have been protected by default due to foster requirements.

Can anyone confirm/deny, or has anyone seen any mention of this throughout this case?

  • #919
Has anyone found any further information on this?

"Emails from William's case worker in 2014 reveal the foster parents were making enquiries to adopt William and discussions were even had on the morning the little boy vanished."

Not necessarily. The FF could have disposed of the body any time between 7.30 and before FF left at 9.30. They could have used FGM’s car. Who knows. I just hope we get some answers over the next few weeks.

Yes it was CO's podcast - when she took BioGM there the first time.....

I am still aware that since that time, a white station wagon has been seen by several witnesses parked in the exact spot she said and facing the same direction. Surely police found out whose car it was and possibly the grey car as well. IMO

Sincerely hope it was reported and investigated .... interestingly Police have kept this quiet during the inquest etc... IMO
