That's what I'm thinking. Maybe she just didn't realize it. I've always thought maybe she was able to drive her car and parked it after the wreck around the area that area could be walking toward. After her wreck she sped off S on Ash. I'm thinking maybe she then went W ON UNIVERSITY and left her car somewhere near that Oreilly's maybe?

The report says that the police never found her car around the area of the wreck that night upon following up on the wreck. Maybe her car was parked somewhere just south west of that Oreilly's.

Regardless I think there was something southwest of that Oreilly's that she was going toward.

What is the next building to O'Reilly's? To the left.

WOW! Karen, that was a GREAT question! It's a TATTOO Parlor! I'm trying to find out the name of it! It even looks from the street like it could be open 24 hrs but not sure.

I'll get more info on it and be back.

She COULD have been going there...or coming from there.

Thanks for asking that question as it could be very important!

:)

Yeah I saw the tattoo parlor.

I don't know what that could have to do with her disappearance. Hm. ???

Any ideas?

Maybe she wanted to check the hours at the auto parts place.

I'm wondering if she saw some " friends" across the street at circle k. Some ppl from the party? Hanging out sobering up or carrying on the party - early morning stragglers?

Maybe they offered to give a lift instead?

At this point we have to
Assume by 5:05 am she was already in the area when she told the cabbie she would be there in a minute (bc she was "seen" we think on oreilly CCTV camera walking in the area at 4:52 am, almost 15 minutes before she told the cabbie 1 minute.). He had already been waiting almost 10 minutes for her at the AMPM when she walked by the Oreilly.

She wasn't telling him to wait a minute bc she was on her way from her house anymore. She was telling him to wait a minute bc she got sidetracked during her walk to
Meet the cab and was busy doing something else that required her to make him wait even longer IMO.

No Regrets Tattoo Parlor is just west of O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I wonder if that is where Adrienne got her tattoo.

I don't know their hours of operation yet or if the owner of the store might even live there. Perhaps he was a friend or someone who worked there might have been someone she knew and thought might be there. I can't imagine any other reason for her to be walking that way.

It is also interesting since we do know she does have a Tribal tattoo on her neck.

ETA: It looks like a very nice Tattoo Parlor. I've never been inside one myself but this one looks cool. :) Normal business hours on Friday and Saturday are Noon to 9 PM.

Furthermore IF that sedan had abducted her at/around 4:54 am, why would she tell the cab driver she was one minute away at 5:05am??? Strange.

We don't really know that it was Adrienne saying "I'll be there in a minute." Do we?

Isn't that considered 'hearsay'? I'm not sure.

Reports say she talked to him. Didn't mention the cabbie or LE saying she sounded odd or off when she last talked to him.

So i just take it for simply what they said - she talked to cabbie at 5:05

You'd think they could elaborate. Geez. :(

Reports say a call was made from her phone to him at 5:06.

The cab drivers dad (owner of company) said that the son said she said "I'll be there in a minute."

So only the son knows what she said when she called him at 5:06 am. And are we even certain it was Adrienne's voice?

New report - some interesting new quotes/info from rick toward the middle.

"Fri Jul 19, 2013 6:52 PM
More than a month after a 19-year-old Tempe woman suddenly vanished, friends and family members will gather Saturday night to pray at a candlelight vigil for her safe return.

“We’re going to light candles. It’s going to symbolize that it will light her way home,” said Rick Salinas, Adrienne Salinas’ grief-stricken father.

The vigil will be held at 7 p.m. at Tempe’s Jaycee Park, at 5th Street and Hardy Drive, not far from Adrienne’s apartment.

The boyfriend told police that Adrienne was upset at him for speaking to other people at the party and not paying enough attention to her, according to the report.

He said Adrienne asked him to leave but later followed him to his car and said she wanted him to drive her to Scottsdale so they could talk some more about the issue.

But he said the argument continued as he drove to her Scottsdale and at his home. He later found her attempting to walk home, so he gave her a ride to Fifth Street and Mill Avenue, where she jumped out his car and walked the rest of the way home.
