(clips as intro) (I thought hey said all 32 were to BF but I could be wrong.. earlier they said for sure 7-10 were to the cab company and "more than a dozen" to bf)
joining us tonight is her father rick he has lived this nightmare, what was the last conversation you had with her, what was her state of mind, her demeanor?
when i saw her thursday before the weekend when she went missing she was in a good mood i'd just given her and my son money to go shopping i'd just come home from a meeting for my local union, they went out for an hour or two then said she was heading home and I gave her a hug and said goodbye and that was the last time...
she had been very ill with valley fever and was in the hospital in february?
yeah she had invasive surgery in surgery, major surgery they had to open her chest and remove part of her lung and her ? she was in intensive care for ? days and spent ? in the hospital with a draining tube coming out of her chest and she was very brave and strong and she endured all that and she was probably 90% well when all this took place, she'd been given the ok to go back to work, and she had fought for that (starting to cry) I mean she was 95 pounds and she was trying to put weight on again, (crying) she was getting back to riding her bike,
it just has to be your worst nightmare, going back to jill ryan there in phoenix, jill just give us an overview of the facts because she has a longtime boyfriend who we understand has taken polys and passed them
thats' right and the two have dated on and off for a very long time, again it didn't raise any red flags that there was a bit of a tiff that evening, drinking was involved and she told her friends she was a little upset she wasn't getting the attention she wanted but we have only as many facts as we have holes to the story we really don't know we are looking at cellphone records, examining surveillance videos carefully, nothing of any REALLY interest has popped up from those... they've stopped short of saying they have a POI but they have people they're looking at, definitely
do you have a poi sgt pooley?
everyone and everything is on the table and what we have to do is dissect all this different info, see who knew where she was going, and that was a big challenge right now, there was about 40-50 people at this part, any of them might have more info, there were people out and about at that time that may have more info, having such limited info has really tied our hands as far as saying who is a suspect and who is not.
let me ask you when she left the home to drive back to her bfs did she take her wallet, her housekeys, was anything left behind?
she took a bag with her, she'd packed an overnight, she had her keys, she had certain clothing on, she leaves, after the accident we find out that she must have gone home because her clothes wallet AND HER ONLY SET OF CAR KEYS THAT SHE HAD were located at her apartment.
that doesn't make sense why would you leave your wallet and go back out again and how woyuld you pay for the cab?
that is a big part of the mystery we're tryint to figure out, that exact question is one our detectives are asking themselves, why didn't anyone see hehr at hte apartment, what did she do that she could sneak in with so many poeple there and leave these things at the apartment..
yolanda crime investigator what's the biggests piece of evidence her?
well forensically at least print the car to see if you do have someone not known to her or even poeple who are known to her who were the last poeple to touch teh car, there's a lot of drama going on, what happened that night? she is fighting, leaves, kicks him out, goes to find him, comes back twice... there's a lot to do to figure thiss out.
