Why is cabbie sr always wearing a disguise on tv? Cap and shades in every tv interview I've seen.

There's a reason for it but if I say I'll get in trouble. So sorry

Sorry but the interview at the end...not buying it. JMO.

Also - the video confirmed that the cab was a dark (black) four door. Didn't see any markings or lights on it either, but it was admittedly dark and grainy. I would also imagine the video from OReillys would be similarly difficult to see, as far as making a positive ID on either Adrienne or the dark four door they are purportedly interested in.

Looks like the cab was buying gas, so if it was involved in Adrienne's disappearance, that may have been the reason for his AMPM stop.

OK. Back to the timeline. Be back in a bit.

If he was on the video that entire time...not sure when his opportunity came and why he would hang around extra long? Did he stun her, stuff her in the trunk and then hang around the store for eight or more minutes? Pretty bold, if so.

I guess if he's that smart that's what one would do to have an alibi right? JMO

Did they say he was on video the entire time (4:53 - 5:07)? I admittedly didn't pay very close attention to the newcasters because I was trying to hone in on the video of the car. If he is on video for the full 14 minutes waiting for her, then that would create a need for us to examine our most popular hypothesis.

However, I am aware of no cab who would wait 14+ minutes for a fare.

Kind of like going to a convenience store and making sure you're on camera while you text or call a missing person asking "what happened to you?"

Now where have I seen this before?

AZ Central has a full broken down timeline, till she is no longer reachable. Sending extra Prayers tonight..

No, that is why I say "if"...we don't know how long he waited, as far as I know.

Re: the cab waiting, I'm thinking somebody else (likes to wear disguises) might have already gotten to her by then, the perp knowing there would be a perfect alibi of another cab on the way. Call it interception. JMO.

Also, if that was her on camera walking at 4:56, and he was sitting there the whole time and until 5:07, then 3 minutes after he called her at 4:53 she would have been 10 seconds away and in view of AMPM and likely the cab since he was under the lit gas pumps.

Sigh. Still not buying his story thus far.

He could have called her at 4:53. She could've said she was coming down the road near the OReillys. He could've said 'I'll meet you there'. He pumps gas. She crosses the camera 3 minutes later. He crosses the camera 5 minutes later. She gets in the cab. Yada yada yada.

Or, a variation of the above. (i.e. he pumps gas after the encounter, etc.)

Again, this is IF he is not on camera the entire time. I'm still having issues believing that he would wait for 14+ minutes.

This only confirms my suspicions that he left the AM/PM to go looking for her and did indeed find her.

She called him at 5:06 saying "I'll be there in a minute."

He called her back at 5:07 but it went to her voicemail.

Am I the only one who finds it very strange that he would wait for her for 14 minutes and then leave just one minute after she says she will be there in a minute?

I think he left and went down Hardy and picked her up.

Is Pooley wearing a ring? He's cute.

And (I'm sorry Tonto) but I think the possibility of her being the slender woman on the O'Reillys surv cam only clouds the situation. I think they have pretty much ruled that out.

This makes total sense if you don't think about that possibility.

Try it!

:)

So you're saying that even if his story is correct up until the 5:07 call and her phone going dead, that he could've picked her up down the street during that one minute span (after he left AMPM)? I suppose that's possible, but pushing it timewise.

I believe it was her on the video, and I believe it was a dark four door cab on the video. I don't believe they've ruled the video out, but I also don't believe they wanted that info known to the public - which is why we haven't heard another thing about it.

Yes Tonto. I'm saying it fits really well, if he was seen there from 4:53 until 5:07.

It's an interesting theory, and certainly possible. It adds another angle where he could still be culpable even if the info he has given is true. Personally, if he was on video the entire time, it would significantly change how I view this case. I would not be as confident in my assessments to date, as it opens the possibility for many more scenarios.

But is it really pushing the timeline, Tonto? If he left at 5:07 and turned down Hardy to see if she was there, there doesn't have to be any time limit does there? From that point on he wasn't seen. He had all night long to get his story straight.

And this doesn't even involve any intelligence on his part like making calls from her phone to himself, etc. He just goes and gets her. Maybe her battery died maybe he turned it off.

Maybe the reason he's not on TV is cause he's got two black eyes from Daddy.
