Apparently her phone did not leave her neighborhood, so I don't think she went to Scottsdale or anywhere else, unless after 5:07.

The whole wallet, car key, changed clothes, called boyfriend (who never answered ) calling a cab without fare makes ZERO sense.

Sounds to me like the boyfriend spoke to a room mate and said to check on AS...
I really can't see another reason he would call the room mate other than he was headed home or somewhere to crash/sleep ...
I hope the family gets some news soon!

Im holding out hope to.... I do NOT feel like Adrienne is gone.

I am holding out hope. Trying to think about where she could have gone. Without her ID. (A passport would work as an ID )
Did they find her passport?

I can't think of a reason she would go to a shelter but does anyone know... I have heard that shelters often will not give information even to police about woman staying there because they don't want to be found.
* is this true ???
I have no experience with shelters.
This says women don't even have to give their real names...
So I guess their privacy would be protected.

As much as I want to believe she is ok, I just can't come up with a plausible scenario with the given facts and context that supports it in any way. Doesn't mean I don't hope like mad that I am wrong, but it does mean I won't give it any more serious consideration while trying to figure out what happened to her.

I always hold hope. In every case. Maybe not a ton of hope however there is always hope. Spending time over the years on boards I have come to know the odds are against a favorable outcome. Praying this one is favorable :please:

4:53am...
wasn't the dead woman discovered about 4:30am?
I wonder how many patrol cars responded to that scene.

It would possibly leave her out there with a crazed killer that knew he had just dropped a body off and units might not be looking for him yet. I bet he didn't drive straight home...
How far did she live from where the body was found?
Could he have been laying low in that area and snatched her?
Surely he used a vehicle to get the body to the campus.

I saw somewhere it was a friends birthday the 14th. She mentioned going "tubing" (would this be on a lake or river)
Where would they go to?
-is there a popular area close?
Could someone have followed them to the party from earlier that day?Have we heard what she did on Saturday earlier in the day ?

If you are interested I can send you some maps and possible routes with times that it would have taken Douglas Ray George to drop off Sweet Annovedwin's (RIP) body on Minton dr. To the area of AS apartment around 4:53-5:07 am.

I additionally have wondered if DR George could have used Annovedwin or his own car during the abduction of AS (in this situational theory.)

Lmk and I will send you all info I've compiled separate from this thread.

Ty!

Another consideration of how DR George might of had a connection to AS - he worked in the kitchen at Bogey's on baseline. Maybe he was invited by another "industry" friend that worked with Adrienne at Ruby Tuesday's? Maybe that's how he was able to get into the party with many ppl going in and out?

Just a far off idea.

I'd love to see more maps!
I hate thinking it, but the timing and both occurring within the general area make me worry!

Do we know had he just killed his girlfriend or had he killed her at an earlier time?
I never heard TOD.

***(thinking outloud... ) if he was killing the girlfriend elsewhere he would not have been at the party
but could have come across AS after the body was discovered.

I can't imagine why he would want more trouble at that point, unless she was a witness somehow to domestic abuse or something.

Still doesn't explain her wallet being at the apartment.
It's not like he would sneak in to return it...
BUT COULD it explain her hightailing it out of dodge ?

Maybe scared to come forward?

I need to look back on that case and see if there is new information
I bet not... sigh...

It would Take DR George 11 minutes max going the normal speed limit on the highway before hitting up priest drive to get up to AS apartment after dropping Annovedwin's body on Minton.

I'm assuming he was driving faster on the 60 w to get away from the scene of the crime and could have gotten to the apartment within 8-9 minutes easy.

I have more maps but this is a good general idea of routes and travel times. Hope it helps!

Mamacita had hit on the fact that AS apartment door was unlocked the duration of Saturday at 5:00 am to Sunday at 2pm. Her roommates could have left at any point during this time allowing someone the chance to slip in and drop AS things back off.

Regardless I believe she had her things already dropped off before being abducted. I have a feeling she didn't even feel the need to have her house keys on her as she figured everyone would be home later that day hung over and hanging out. I think she didn't intend on leaving very long (more than 6 hours) or else she would have told her roomies to care for her dog.

Additionally I've been concerned that IF AS continued on ash and hit up University to Roosevelt after the wreck, I worry DR George was at his usual hit up spot at the Circle K on the corner of Ash and University (not hardy and UNI).

I worry he could have seen her after the wreck passing by and offered to help her or stalked her from there around 3:45 am (and decided to go back home, kill Annovedwin, and put her body on a street near his complex) to get back up in time to abduct AS from around her home? So many possibilities and suspects here :(

I forgot about her pets! :(

If DR GEORGE had some type of "altercation" with AS prior to the wreck. I might could see her scooting home and changing clothes! Her shirt would stand out.

There is no telling what she "could" have seen.He just dumped Annovedwin out on a dark quiet street!!
Kinda like where she left her car....
I wonder how long she laid there before being seen by a passerby.

He could have broken in and returned her wallet - it would have had her address even if he hadn't known of her before...
(I guess)
I don't like that the FBI was brought in after DR GEORGE was arrested.
Did they find his prints on something of AS's? - I know they won't say!
Puzzling to say the least
It seems like he somehow has a connection here.

I wonder who all witnessed the attack on Annovedwin at the first of June at the Circle K.

man I hope she got away and is in hiding! I really think if he had killed AS they would have found her body by now -
but would he have just dumped a second victim like he did to his girlfriend? He knew he had a court date scheduled and LE would hunt him down.
He didn't flee - makes me think he had no $ or not enough to run...

Maybe he did car jack her/run her off the road/ chase her...
or offer her help?
:dunno:
prayers...

I always hold hope. In every case. Maybe not a ton of hope however there is always hope. Spending time over the years on boards I have come to know the odds are against a favorable outcome. Praying this one is favorable :please:

"Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld." Hope is not just incidental to faith; it is an essential element to our faith...but faith and hope are built upon a foundation of fact and experience. So lets get more facts, you guys know more than I that it's the facts that solve these cases. The Salinas family and Adrienne are counting on you.--Cab Guy

If LE had any indication that Adrienne met up with DG, surely they would not waste time trying to track down dozens of partying people...

  • #354
At first I believed there might be a connection to George due to the proximity, timing, circumstances, and such, but I feel now that if a connection was there we'd likely know it by now.

  • #355
There is no connection to DR George or the victim. Wasted time.

The Circle K clerk was the person who witnessed the assault on Annovedwin only days before her murder. The Circle K clerk is the person that called the cops on DR George after seeing him slam her head on the car.

He could have decided to leave AS in the trunk of a car instead of on the street. I don't think he had a specific ritualistic MO for how he disposes.

(This all would be primarily fueled by drugs and alcohol on his part (and just being evil) bc he has an extensive record of alcohol related charges in OK.)

I think he most likely would have killed Annovedwin as she decided to go ahead and talk to the officers (though she didn't press charges... Sad) and he felt "betrayed" by her coupled with the fact that she would get in the way of any attempt he might have to abduct another female.

It's as if he had no use for Annovedwin anymore and might have wanted Adrienne to take her place. Annovedwin was more of a liability to his abusive desires alive than she was deceased, in his sick mind.

So you have been given evidence that there is absolutely 100% without a doubt NO connection between the two?

If you can let me know how you came across this info that completely rules out any possibility he could have anything to do with AS disappearance, it would really help me (and others) move on from the idea or supposition.

Thank you.

I'm just using common sense. Snark unnecessary.
