Her car was on Roosevelt and Brown.
W 3rd dead ends before it gets to Hardy but it's North of her apt.
What's around 46rd St. that she was interested in?

The map shows Arcadia Crossing and Thomas Mall - I have no idea what's in the area.
Maybe Google maps will show something. I'll look into it.

It looks like a row of homes behind Arcadia Crossing. It has her on N 46th between E Cambridge Ave and E Virginia Ave (I think)

Probably a friends house.

I just mentioned W Brown because if she knew someone there they would be closer to where her car was found than her apartment was.

Maybe she went there for help?

the detective who went to the judge to get warrants in this case said that there was probable cause that a kidnapping had taken place. The judge who issued the warrants, also stated that there was probable cause that a kidnapping had taken place.

Hey there Cab Guy! :seeya:

When were these warrants issued?

It would seem with warrants issued, there's a POI, no?

From looking at the maps of the streets provided; particularly where AS's car was and the location of her apartment....this saying comes to mind:

"The shortest distance between two points is a straight line".

IOW, a "shortcut" is evident and sensible from a geographical standpoint but probably risky from a safety standpoint.

That's a residential area in the Arcadia school District. I think Thomas Mall has either shut down or turned into Outlet store. It might be her parent's house, she was there Thursday before she went missing.

The picture she posted from that location was of giant cigarette rolling papers... (like 18 inches wide)
Lol
A gag gift type of thing... that is why I thought friend...

Anyway it's good to know she wasn't cooped up in the apartment all the time.
Maybe those friends are keeping her name out there.

She had WHEELS! Try keeping a teenager cooped up in an apartment when they have a car! :floorlaugh: All she needed was gas money and it sounds like her dad was good enough to help her out.

BBM - would she have to get those at an adult bookstore? Unsavory characters could hang out at those places maybe...

No, there's "Smoke Shops" (previously known as "Head Shops") in Tempe and with medicinal marijuana being legal, she probably picked it up at one of those places. I think there's a smoke shop on Mill Avenue just a couple of blocks from her apt.

I am not sure. I was thinking along the lines of Spencer's, but they could have been ordered online for all I know.
She said they were a friends not hers.

Thinking about the series "Disappeared" on ID...
I started looking back at what she was doing in the days and weeks before she went missing...
Kinda half hearted because I am limited to what has been posted on public social media sites.

Hopefully we will get some little tid bit of information soon. I doubt it, but I can hope and pray that her family gets some sort of resolution.

I didn't realize medical marijuana was legal in Arizona. Guess I need to refresh myself on that! I had some major problems after I smoked it the few times I tried it... so it's off my radar.
I'm lucky I didn't have a stroke!

You may have a BINGO. It could be why she picked this location to meet a cab, because why here? She could have met a cab much closer, why this location unless it was near someone she wanted to talk to, check-up on or see type thing. Interesting!

They sell those ginormous papers at some of the "mom and pop" liquor/convenience stores. Yannow, next to the Nag Champa and sesame candy...and little teeny bags with round screens in them. *clears throat* cough (UStopliquorsinMesa) cough.

SandSage I thought I had a clue!
I feel like a dinosaur right now. I'm pooting dust!
Wait! I need more tinfoil for the rabbit ears on my black and white TV don't I?

I really need to leave my house more often.
The last ginormous things I saw were jaw breakers and Sugar Daddy candy!

I've been to a smoke shop.
The colors of the pipes fascinate me! I have also seen a hookah.

Ya know what? My son turns 21 in OCTOBER. I'm gonna ask him to take me on a field trip so I can get a grip on reality!
Round screens ,sesame candy, nag champa....

Ohh! My bad... please return to your regular program...
This was a test from your local lost mom
.. lol

The faucet screens? Oh, RIGHT, those seemed to disappear like crazy when I was living in Tempe, like maybe the water was a tad bit too harsh on the fine metal *snort*
