I think the only link to Father's Day is that her father expected to hear from her and was worried when he did not.

Do you think she could have been covered with rocks? That happens often in the desert as well.

If I'm out riding or romping in the desert and I see a pile of rocks.......I'm going to check it out. It's just part of the "what if this is a cowboy, Indian, Calvary, pioneer grave?" And if it is a grave, is there ruins of an old homestead or hideout near by? One has a tendency to look at the ground as they go through the desert, looking for arrow heads, pottery, artifacts, stuff like that.

I wasn't suggesting Flag Day is more important than Father's Day. I was merely saying that she went missing after a party she attended the night of June 14 (incidentally that is Flag Day and one of my children's birthdays) , in the wee hours of June 15.

By June 16 (Father's Day) she had been gone for 24+ hours already, by mid-day June 16 her Father was wondering why she didn't call for Father's Day and was out finding her car, which didn't happen until 36 hours after she disappeared.

So, my point was, she didn't go missing on Father's Day so I don't see any relevance to it, IMO Flag Day would be more relevant because at least it was the day she went missing (sort of, it was technically after midnight so really she didn't go missing on any holiday at all) and not a day and a half later.

JMO, IMHO, etc but I suspect father's day has less to do with it than sex drive in the long run.

ETA - please don't take my tendency to be blunt and honest and not beat around the bush for being mean-spirited. There is a world of difference.

Ok margarita. I've tried. Lol.

Mapped the pattern based on the overall crime scene.

I copied the same pattern and compared it to the area of the car being dropped and also the area she was recovered.

Forgive me, I'm not American - I was reading a news site and it said that her body was found "in a wash". I have read back a couple of pages but I cant visualise what it is. Can someone please explain what a wash is? Thank you!

A low area where rain water flows to and exits an area. Usually dry most of the year.

MWAA!!!!!!!!!! These are Beautiful! Thank you HIP!!

Zeroed in on the area of recovery a bit closer so it's more to scale mile wise with area of crime.

What interests me is during the mapping, the red circle corresponds with the boyfriend saying A jumped out of the car around Mill and 5th to keep walking.

The green circle corresponded with the area of Adrienne's apartment and the vacant house across Hardy from Adrienne's place.

Also I noticed on Ash and third there is an intersect with the circle. I've been wondering if that is where the car stopped on Ash after the wreck?

I will say all the stuff that creeps me out about the recovery scene and how it corresponds to the mapping after considering this a bit longer...

Just run the names of the people involved in this case through the ADOC inmate data base and the Public access to court information sites. Start from the very last person she spoke with. Look for the Apache Junction connection. Don't need to draw pictures, post maps, or play with theories.
An arrest is inevidateble, LE just needs to get all the ducks in a row. They KNOW who did it. Apache Junction was the "key".
JMO

Yes I know they are probably about to arrest the persons responsible soon, but I think it is interesting none the less to study the possible geographic thought pattern of this lead suspect.

It interests me. Also might help others who do not have the advantage of being from the area to get to know the "lay of the land".

Well they would still need more evidence to arrest someone, more than just a familiarity with a spot, if that is the case, and having been in touch with her that night/morning. Otherwise Dylan's father would be in jail. JMO

These people we try to find are human beings, living human lives and making human mistakes. Along the way, while finding out who they are, and why they would have been a victim of a crime, we find out things sometimes about them, that if we talk about them, can be seen by some as being victim bashing when it's not, when all we are trying to do is link if that characteristic of the person came into play as to why this crime happened to them.

I don't know how to do that without it coming off as bashing when all it is, is a point of discussion and how it lead to figuring out what happened to the victim. JMO

For me also this is something I hope to go into as a profession as I'm starting back admin. of justice programs soon (yay! Excited to go back to school!!!)

So, Adrienne as a victim is aiding future victims by allowing us to study her crime. Someday I hope to owe many of my cases being solved to Studying what happened to Adrienne.

I never want it to happen to another person again, yet it does every day.

It has to stop.

I love what you wrote :)
