Thanks TB, that answers my question on the DNA. Odd they haven't cleared him IF it's not his DNA... wouldn't that mean it had to be a hit or something? At any rate, I find the crime scene odd. Most burglars don't do all these other things... murder, bleach and white powder, cover face, nude body, etc.

Time, you hit the nail on the head! This is like stuff out of a movie script. Horror movie.

Does anyone have the link to the story that reported AS called 911 twice???

I read it yesterday & today I can't find it....

:gaah:

I can't lay my fingers on it right now but I do know that story first came out through KPHO Channel 5 here in AZ. Hope that helps.

"At the community meeting Tuesday night, when asked if Allison's boyfriend was a suspect, police said "he has been cooperating.""
February 25, 2015: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ergeant-paul-penzone-solving-murder/24035605/

That's how it came down. I know. I was there. The Commander in charge of the meeting was 'pressed' for a more precise answer. He stuck to answer, continuing to say only that "he has been cooperating". There were several times he had to re-iterate what he said because the audience wanted more and better answers. If it had been sexual assault was another one he had trouble satisfying the audience with. They wanted an answer other than "I can't tell that at this time because it might jeopardize the investigation."

I was actually shocked by the lack of information we were given. When I asked the Commander why they couldn't give us more information, how it could jeopardize the investigation if we knew what the killer already knew they knew, he replied that they didn't want to "tip off the killer".

Another detective I spoke with that night told me they weren't playing "cat and mouse" even though it might seem that way.

I guess there is one other possibility... since LE's statement that no one has been cleared they have cleared him? IDK, I'm not really keeping track close enough. But I still don't understand the crime scene.

SPD is very well aware of the public's 'curiosity' about details of this case and they are NOT going to give us certain information no matter how much we coerce or beg them.

They know that we want to know:

1. Exactly how she died.

2. Was she sexually assaulted.

3. What was the murder weapon.

4. Do they have any strong suspects.

5. Who the person was they were seeking a warrant to monitor.

6. Why they won't release the video of the perp leaving the scene.

7. Why they are not clearing the boyfriend even though they say they have the killer's DNA.

They are not going to tell us these things until they are darn good and ready and there isn't one thing we can do about it.

Taxpayers or not. This is their investigation!

I'm confused. How does this quote indicate he might have been there on the 16th? For all we know he wasn't even there after Sunday. She might have told him Sunday night, when the weekend was winding down, that he needed to go home and study.

She had a job. He had school and classes to attend. I'm sure she had work to do, or at least I think she did.

Trying to imagine what her last few days were like. What she might have been doing. Where she might have gone. But regardless, they would surely have spoken on the phone.

But there is nothing to indicate what they did or when they last saw each other. All we really have is that last photo she posted on Facebook saying Happy Valentine's Day.

I'm trying to imagine in my mind what it would be like to go that long without seeing the one I love when we were both in the same town. It's quite possible, I suppose, that they hadn't seen one another since Sunday.

Could that be?

Oh yes, I see. I guess I was taking the fact that the sister said "Tuesday" to mean...just that one day. I feel like if he hadn't been there since Sunday, the sister might have said something like, "She sent him home Sunday, or he wasn't there that week." Just speculation. I could definitely be wrong. It's just how her sentence meaning comes across to me.

Okay, I'm going to "buck up" and keep on posting my thoughts no matter how unpopular they are here on this thread.

This young woman was murdered only a few blocks away from me and it has had a huge effect on how I feel. Especially since it hasn't been that long since Adrienne Salinas went missing and was later found after someone murdered her and dumped her body in the desert. It is very important to me to be able to express my feelings on this somewhere and so I have come here.

If you don't agree with me and my thoughts that's okay. But please don't go out of your way to try and make me look stupid. I do have feelings too.

I'm not going to let this thread die.

Thanks to the very few friends I have here for continuing to post and keep the thread alive.

No, I think you're probably right, now that you explain it that way!

Quote from the article, "The court documents also report that Feldman’s boyfriend, Alex Sukhodolov, discovered her in her home in Scottsdale, AZ on Wednesday, February 18, calling the police at 4:02 p.m. 30 seconds after that call, he called the police again stating that there was “blood everywhere.”

He informed them that "he didn't touch" her and "didn't do anything."

Thanks for posting that article, with the times of the calls. This is a typical example, however, of how the media gets it wrong and why we stay so confused. From the same article:

Feldman also had injuries on her hands or arms, possibly from attempting to defend herself.

For those who want the official 'update' as posted on the scottsdaleaz.gov websiste:

http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/Police/newsPIO/Allison_Feldman_Murder

Allison Feldman Murder
Event date: Monday, April 13, 2015, from 3:30 PM to 3:30 PM

In the ongoing homicide investigation of Allison Feldman, the Scottsdale Police Department announces the posting of a reward to the Silent Witness website. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Silent Witness at W-I-T-N-E-S-S (480-948-6377) or toll free at 800-343-TIPS. Information may also be left at silentwitness.org. All information is anonymous.
This case remains the top priority investigation for Scottsdale Detectives. As a recap, this is what has been released thus far in the investigation. Scottsdale Detectives are investigating the death of local resident Allison Feldman, who resided in the 8500 block of E. Monterey Way. Allison was only 31 years old, well-known and well-liked in her community. This incident occurred on Tuesday, February 17th into the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Evidence indicates the subject left Allison’s home at approximately 1 am, Wednesday morning. Therefore, the subject in this case would have been unaccounted for late Tuesday evening until after 1 am Wednesday morning. Allison was assaulted in her home, and although she fought off her attacker valiantly, she succumbed to her injuries.

This subject may not always be violent, but could become violent when confronted. He likely suffered minor cuts or injuries to his hands or arms struggling with Allison.

The subject wanted in this offense stole only a few items from her home, mainly her Apple I-Phone 6 and credit cards. He may have also taken a Tiffany bracelet and other jewelry. Investigators believe it is possible this subject may live in the area. Therefore, we are asking anyone who observed a male with a Tiffany bracelet in the last month, or any women who may have been given a Tiffany bracelet within the last month to contact the Scottsdale Police Department.
Finally, investigators have physical evidence that will positively identify this person, but can also exclude anyone not involved. Therefore, detectives are asking our citizens to consider any male who may fit the above description, regardless of age, whether he may be a family member, neighbor or acquaintance, to contact detectives via phone at 480-312-TIPS, www.tipsoft.com (click on submit web tip and follow the drop down menu for Scottsdale PD) or the above listed Silent Witness sources.

Because they don't want us to hear it?
