If he is aware that this site exists,then I think it's a real possibility.

Based on what we know, your hunches, etc., what category do you think this murder fell into. I'm curous!

1. Burglary

2. Rapist

3. Serial Killer

4. Stalker (Neighbor or other)

5. Domestic Violence (Someone she was close to or knew from the past)

Oh...just one more thing before I leave for the day:

LE says they have a DNA profile of the killer. But they DON'T say they don't have a MATCH.

Just wanted to throw that out there FWIW.

OT:
Ok, kids, anyone with a twitter account, need your help!

A fantastic group of WS's are really tossing rocks and digging deep to ID a John Doe found in Nevada in 1992. Miss Muffet has started a Twitter for John Doe and needs:

1. Followers
2. ALL of her tweets "favorited" and re-tweeted.

If you have just a few minutes a day, PLEASE favorite and re-tweet! https://twitter.com/johnDoeNV1992

That thread has made some incredible progress and LE is on it following leads. Thanks!

Everyone knows my guess is #4. what if he was even at that meeting? (((scary))) but a possibility. Don't they say, some killers even show up at vigils of their victims?

I know I don't get responded to for whatever reason, but I can tell you one thing, I never ever hear cars go by in our back alley (except one neighbor's Harley) BUT if a car starts up late at night when it is quiet, I DO hear it! 1 a.m. is quiet time. I think if he had started a car one of the neighbor's would have awaken and heard that! Or even looked out at 10 or 11 and seen a shape of a car in her driveway. I think this person walked over there. Allison is attractive and he saw that. MAYBE that's why they won't say she was sexually assaulted?! Ya think? This is JMO.

The neighborhood I lived down there in Scottsdale was pretty close and very similar............and you bet I would hear cars start up at night when you didn't expect them, from down the street to in the alley.

I think the perp walked there also. Was he a neighbor, from the general neighborhood, or someone who may have parked his vehicle at the closest convenience store, like a Circle K?

Compliments of enzeder, this is one of the more interesting stories and videos I have seen ...... so many interesting things to note in this news video that I hadn't seen before.

http://www.fox10phoenix.com/story/28223229/documents-scottsdale-woman-killed-in-home-had-head-injury

---------------------------------------------------------------------

<modsnip>

But according to court records, detectives are keeping an eye on a man they believe could be involved.

According to an affidavit, Feldman's boyfriend called for help after he arrived at her home and found her dead.

<modsnip>

Detectives also looked at surveillance video taken from a neighbor's camera, which confirms Feldman's boyfriend's statement that he arrived at the home, only to find her bloody body.

The documents also reveal that detectives are seeking a warrant to monitor a man who Feldman knew and had asked her out on a date before.

<modsnip>

But police say this homicide is an isolated incident.

------------------------------------------

Look at this: Whoever took this video actually saw the COURT DOCS seeking the Search Warrant! So the news sources must know who is being monitored or searched.

This is obviously a photo of the actual search warrant they were seeking.

Court docs shown on TV.jpg

I can't read it. But maybe someone else can.

BBM:

If you read the things I have bolded you can see they are clearly monitoring more than one person.

There are other things clear and apparent in the video as well, if you want to take the time to look at it.

Sometimes when you look at things later they make more sense than if you saw them in the very beginning.

Thanks enzeder! :)

Miss D, even though you are slightly schizo with now three different profile pictures, LOL, I commend you for keeping this thread alive! I appreciate your position in that you live in the neighborhood and that you are truly helping in this investigation.

BTW, I did drive by yesterday - during the day - and though I don't know that part of Scottsdale at all, I was amazed by how residential it is. That is to say that to the north, south and west there are droves of homes and a very quiet neighborhood indeed. I can't imagine how the neighbors feel to have this terrible murder right in their backyard.

Keep up the good work............you're a tribute to AF's family and Scottsdale itself.

Awwww....why thank you Justice!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how good your post just made me feel. It's like it breathed new life into me just when I needed it.

I'm serious! :)

I'm glad you drove by and got to see the neighborhood for yourself. It's one of those older neighborhoods in S. Scottsdale that has become popular with those who don't want to live in HOA's and because of its close proximity to schools and the freeway. I'm sure the neighbors are terrified, to put it mildly.

I hope that AF's family, if they ever look at our posts here, are not offended by anything I say. I do want to help in whatever way that I can, even though there's probably nothing I can really do, other than share my thoughts and theories here.

Keeping this thread alive and this case from going cold are my biggest objectives!

Have a great day and again, thanks so much!
