What jury questions? C'mon ladies, do some reporting please.

The only jury question I saw was to the bouncer/hitman. They asked what MD's job was at the club. Answer...stripper.

I know there had to be more jury questions WorryWart, but this trial has been so schitzy that I can not even fathom how to go about finding them.
Maybe I will go back through the thread later and look for tweets about them.

The coverage has been so bad who knows what we may have missed? :sigh:

Haven't watched HLN (or their defunct Court TV) since the Anthony case in Florida, although I did check out their "After Dark" mess during Arias
I watch live streams from the computer, and Youtube.
Too much mis-information geared towards entertainment, not actual "facts", and commentators/hosts/guests who freely throw negative opinions towards the prosecutors who handle the cases. And everyone on those programs YELL and talk over each other, no common courtesy.
:truce:

The Anthony case is what drove me to the computer in search of live coverage, I just could not tolerate when the afternoon session was shifted to HLN and all the gobbledegook commentating, the endless commercials, and the every half hour 5 minute what-ever-the-freak-that-was, just drove me nuts. Found a local FL. channel live streaming the trial and never went back to trying to watch any on TV - and thank goodness for that, I'd be in an insane asylum if I'd had to do the Arias trial with HLN. :scared:

OH, thanks, I thought she meant jury questions since deliberations began, not per witness throughout the trial. Duh me.

Geev as far as I can tell only one since deliberations began, and it was not answered in the courtroom.
Now that I think about it, no matter what her verdict is I wonder if all this craziness could lead to a mistrial? Doesn't the question have to be answered in front of the attn. and defendant? :dunno:
Again, just going by tweets, so hard to tell.

The Judge runs it by the pros, def, and defendant in chambers, and they all decide whether it's a valid question, then the jury is brought in and the Judge answers it *if it is found valid*. Soooooo......it might have been just wanting to watch the 5 hour interrogation video and they were asking for some tech assistance?:twocents:

#MarissaDevault jury has officially left for lunch

Either they've about reached a verdict or there's not a lot of deliberating able to go on...they could also be major slackers but I'm hoping for the coming verdict choice of the three. Goodness.

I know Rhozwen.
I wish she would TWEET also (if she is attending...ok I wish she would TWEET AND ATTEND!).
I am literally nodding off sitting here waiting for a tweet....any tweet....at least do a shout out every half hour or so telling us nothing is happening :sigh:

She says 2nd degree is also on the table, judge didn't mention anything about it when he gave the final instructions and read off the verdict form after closing arguments were finished, I'm kinda confused on that.

*BBM*

I am kinda confused about almost everything in this trial :waitasec:

My understanding is that the jury has to decide if she is guilty of 1st degree murder. The determining factor in this would be premeditation.

If the jury feels that the hammer attack was premeditated, then it would be 1st degree murder.

If the jury feels it is a crime committed in the heat of passion and NOT premeditated, then they can choose the lesser offense of 2nd degree murder.

That's my understanding of it.

We are 12 hours into #MarissaDevault deliberations....that is around three hours under what it took for #JodiArias jury.
