Dear Lord when are the imaginary photos of little boys going to be floated to this jury?

I was thinking about that yesterday when one of the police officers were testifying....kind of just thought when are the pedophile accusations going to be thrown out there.

:floorlaugh: Mon thru Thursday, 10:30-12:00 and 1:30- 4:00 ish, different judge (Steinle), different court building, and haven't heard a sidebar yet, but missed the opening statements. Judge seems pretty on top of things, but for some reason, I have flashbacks of the defendant going all "Arias" on us:scared:

This is why trials last so long in Arizona. BBM in red.

Victim: Dale Harrell, 34, Yale Graduate, businessman, husband to the defendant, had several large life insurance policies on him (apprx. $1mil)
Defendant: Marissa DeVault, 36, wife of victim, ex stripper aka "Breeze"/"Reese", mother of 3, covered in victim's blood the night of the "attack"
Allen Flores: BF of DeVault, insurance broker, computer full of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, loaned DeVault $300K over several months before victim's death, given "immunity" in this case to testify. May be charged in the future for unrelated crimes.
Stanley Cook: Met DeVault at tech school, room mate of DeVault and Harrell, disabled vet with cognitive brain injury, was at the home the night of attack, claimed he was responsible in a written statement, notarized by Flores, was dismissed by LE and prosecution as responsible party.
Travis Tatro: Bouncer at strip club, approached by DeVault to kill her husband

Judge: Roland Steinle
Prosecution: Michelle Arino,
Defense: Alan Tavassoli,

And our favorite News hound, Michael Kiefer for AzCentral, so you know he'll slant the the whole thing in the direction of the "tiny" (5'7!) defendant.

*will add to this as I check out other sources, didn't catch all the attorney's names*

Jury not sequestered.
In the Michael Dunn trial in Florida that also began today, the jury IS sequestered.

Yes, I realize that now. LOL I was jumping back and forth between the two. Too many trials going on at the same time.

Not sure how self-defense plays out when the victim is in bed asleep. jmo

Bernina, This is so excellent. Thank you for posting. Holy smokes. She was a stripper. Wonder what she did with $300K. Wonder why Flores would give her that much??????

Rats. :scared: This newspaper wants me to pay $10 a month to read online? I'll just have to depend on snippets from the articles if anyone is allowed to post them. Is that allowed? Just snippets?

Yes, many thanks to Bernina! I'm just now trying to get up to speed by watching the YouTube videos, trying to keep the names straight of her boyfriend and her roommate, had no idea they were not one and the same person. Had no idea she was a stripper! :blushing: As Seinfeld would say... "Not that there's anything wrong with that." Just not anything I would ever do.

I avoid that news outlet like the plague, they only let you see "X" amount of articles before they start charging you, and there's quite a back story with the anchors/writers on there. I get the bulk of my news for Ariz on KPHO, but then I have a rule that the drama stays on the other side of my gate, most news is just filler, violence, or a subject that fits the news mogul's agenda.

Was watching the Michael Dunn and Amanda Hayes trials over the weekend......HOLY CATS!What is wrong with people?!?!?!? :banghead:

*maybe I've been watching too many episodes of back to back "My Name is Earl" on Hulu :floorlaugh:
