Thanks, Worry Wart for posting the links! I'm glad I checked this thread, thought the live feed was dead in the water for the rest of the trial!

:gthanks:

I had time today so happy to help! I believe the problem was that cameras were approved some time ago and that the now defunct In Session or Headline News was going to stream it so it took some time to find a local affiliate to arrange a way to take over. That's the way I remember it so moo.

Kinda sounds like she's a tad upset that her husband isn't dead in the tone of her voice, NOT that this "horrific situation" that happened..........jmo

Hi Worry, thanks.
So besides opening arguments, which were streamed, this is the first day they have streamed again? I want to try to catch up.

:seeya: TIA!

Wait until you get to the later parts. She's just having a good old time with the female PO..just a regular coffee klatch. And she has the nicest things to say about Stanley Cook. After all he did help her out of this "horrific situation".

I believe so. ABC 15 has redone their site and hopefully will continue with the trial.

For being choked until she passed out, it sure didn't effect her ability to talk :waitasec: and she doesn't know if he had sex with her or not?

Ok, this isn't right. If you showed up at the hospital, told the doc you have been battered by your spouse or significant other, the doc is required to notify the police, the police take a report and the state picks up the charges........this has been SOP since at least 1985 in Arizona. Doesn't matter if you want them charged or not, the state picks it up regardless.
She claims this happened in 1999.

At least we now know how the hammer just happened to be so convenient. And in her fear and distress she remembered to put on a coat before going outside.

They're having financial problems but she's fleeced Flores for $300K? What did she do with the money?

We have the cut hand.....hmmm........pointers from CMJA?
Assaults with imaginary witnesses?

Oh Thanks Heavens. A live stream!!!!! Hallelujah! I had just about given up. Wish I'd known earlier. Catch up time!!!

See ya'll tomorrow!

Stan saw all the fights, but.................he has short term memory..........rrriiiiigggghhhhhtttt.
I can here Juan in the back of my head. LOL!

It's gets a bit dicey with the audio, Chelly, but that gal is something else, specially with the police interrogation. All I'm seeing is a really manipulative person. A real "puppet master".

Who uses a rear cinch on a horse riding in your front yard?!? Major fail.....did she thing she was going to be cutting cattle or endurance riding? And she quickly unbuckled that painfully tight cinch from that bucking horse ALL by herself with a dislocated shoulder, really. PFFTTTTTTT.

Her vocabulary gives me the sense that she's pretty good at throwing verbal jabs in an argument, if not starting one with a few choice words.

Strangest interrogation I ever saw.

Well Bernina, I must say I am shocked at how Marissa seemed to enjoy that interrogation. She started out saying she felt like crap and she seemed to look like she felt like crap. Then, she began to feed off the attention and interest of the interviewer. Soon, she was perky, cheerful and animated. Hadn't she just bludgeoned her husband nearly to death?

Rrriiiiggghhhhttttt..........bludgeoned her husband........and is that enough cream in her coffee?

The police officer is GOOD, she's getting all kinds of info from her and Marissa'a even drawing pictures!

Waiting for a handstand...........
