OT/ 21 year veteran of the Phoenix PD, involved in this afternoon's shoot out, has died.

Regardless of whether they have a feed today or not, the Judge was stellar yesterday, talk about a no nonsense guy! Thought he was going to grab both the defense and prosecution by the ears and drag them into his chambers!:floorlaugh: And how many times did he have to tell Flores to answer "Yes or No?"
Flores kinda had diarrhea of the mouth, trying to get as much on the record so it would be immune in any Federal or State proceeding against him. Makes me wonder what he knows about the assault that MD planned for Stan to do to her?
