I can't believe defense did not have this witness ready to go. Putting the jury out for 2 weeks is really poor planning on the part of defense. What are they thinking? jmo

Does anyone know why this trial is taking a two-week vacation?
Earlier, there was a one-week break. Aren't these hiatuses unusual?

Chelly, I have not a clue as to why it is on hiatus.
Other than the fact that it's taking place in AZ, and they seem to run things on Martian time schedules.....:giggle:
Maybe later I will do some nosing around.

Actually, the break is appreciated by me now, because I have become ensconced in the Tomnod hunt for MH370. If I was following MD, Teghan, the missing plane, plus all other "normal life" duties I think I might have a nice mental collapse :crazy:
