I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to take another day off at the last minute today.
Or continue deliberations with no verdict.
Or give us the hung jury verdict.

Least likely is that they will actually have a proper verdict today.

So.....that makes me Positive Polly?:floorlaugh: NOT really. I am lost at this point as to what the deal is.

Have to say, the trial went fast, but the jury is by far, worse than CMJA's. At least they showed up at 10:00-10:30 and went home at 4:00-4:30, except on Fridays and holidays.

And no questions by the jury during this phase........

I'm usually optimistic but I'm trying out different things to see if it has an effect on the jury. This trial has me doing strange things. :floorlaugh:

I still have nightmares regarding the constant side-bars and holidays they had during the JA trial. :scared: Only thing that made it bearable was JM of course. My enthusiasm and appreciation for him only increase with time! :loveyou:

This verdict if and when it ever comes will do so in the form of a very unsatisfying not to mention sneaky 'question'. :banghead:

Seriously, not wanting to keep picking at AZ...
But WHY!?!
I have watched trials in NC, FLA, TX and they don't seem to have issues like this, so it can not be because "judge has other business, courtroom booked for something else, etc.".
Why is AZ so goofy about trial scheduling??????

We need a 12 step program on how to quit watching AZ trials and move on to other states. For me, personally, Juan the wonderful Martinez is what holds me back. I only became interested in this trial because Devault is Arias' 'friend' in jail. How can I possibly go back to watching or cheering for other prosecutors now? I'm convinced that JM is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. :loveyou::blushing:
