I think Juan did a great job. I keep thinking that remember when Chrisman said that the asked for 2nd officer for Virgillo, and first he didn't answer. Then 2nd call came, then he picked up and said he'd go there. I remember him saying, "I didn't wanna go", like he was busy with something else. And he was far away so he had to drive a long ways. I think this is when his attitude first started....he was annoyed that he even had to go there! Juan's "tunnel vision" thing seems a little overdramatic at times, but I believe it's the truth. He was annoyed FROM THE BEGINNING that he even had to go to the call, he was annoyed that he had to deal with this call, he wanted to get in and get out and get this thiing over with. So when Danny said "where's your mtf search warrant," boy that just really ticked Chrisman off. Who did this guy think he was? Didn't he know that Chrisman just drove all the way here to deal with him, disrupted his schedule to come here, and now this guy's asking him for a search warrant. "Here's my mtf search warrant," and shoves gun into his temple.

I would have to go back and look what he said he did before he left. I do remember that he didn't want to go on this call.

If the judge said at the beginning I missed it. I was playing with my volume. Headphones make a big difference, I bought some new ones this weekend. Not very expensive ones $20 @ Walmart. I can adjust my volume better with them.

I think the Pro and Def huddle with the judge about time constraints.

Did Chrisman ever marry his Hispanic GF? That was a real point of contention here......many people thought it was a defense strategy when he was originally arrested.

Ok, about the bike motion thing....so State is saying that defense is contending that Danny was leaning forward to throw the bike at Chrisman, so if that's when Chrisman fired the shots, the bike would have fallen on top of Chrisman? And that would also mean that Danny would have been fallen face down, doesn't it? Instead Danny was lying face UP in the crime scene pics.

I can't remember what exactly Chrisman said about that moment and I don't even remember his demonstration of it (sigh), just remember he said Danny was holding the bike up.
