She sounds very calm.

She speaks perfect English and has almost no detectable accent.

Daniel's mom sounds more like she's sad she had to call the police, not that she's terrified. She's just upset that she has to involve the police? Like she doesn't want to see him arrested......she wants him out of the house.

They can't look up the definition of apprehension? Although, I'm sure he meant look it up in your instructions.

argh...can't believe they're not done with closings today....means jury will get only 1/2 day (if that) tomorrow to deliberate....

Of course the judge says not to look up the word apprehension was it? to the jury.

Mehrens didn't last long, hopefully this is his halfway point and the jury will get the case by lunch tomorrow.
