Aggh....be careful Bernina!
Does anyone know whether Chrisman is in jail currently or is he at home?
The Jury will come back soon........I'll be OK.
Don't scare me! Just got out of "Special Kid's Camp!"
This is a Juan case... how can they not come back guilty? lol Besides, I really think he proved his case.
:floorlaugh: Did I mention I'm also *R.E.D?
*Retired and Extremely Dangerous
I totally believe Chrisman and his wife told that Agilla lady what to say regarding what she saw outside. Remember when defense asked her, what did you see on the porch, and she rattled off list "taser, notepad, pamplet, Afids." It sounded completely memorized and rehearsed. Couldn't stand that lady.
Hi all, I did remove some off topic posts. Please alert when the verdict is rendered!
:tyou:
He has a record of all full convictions except one and the jury found the lesser of 2nd degree, aggravated or pre-med...something like that?
A possible Juan case in the future.......really horrible. Has the elements of one of Juan's previous cases.http://www.kpho.com/story/23407206/8th-suspect-arrested-in-murders-of-az-philanthropists
They certainly all had their story straight.
You know something I noticed? In JM's first part of closing, he went all over the afids by the bush and how the scene was staged and the cop friends of RC moved them, remember? In his second part (right after the stuff about the judge's e-mail to JM), he starts on about the afids and says none were by the bushes and no one moved anything - did you all catch that too? Made me wonder exactly what was in that e-mail to JM? Something about the instruction he gave the jury about looking up a word, or how he shouldn't accuse the cops of committing crimes like falsifying a crime scene? The whole thing just made me go Hmmmm.
Wow. You are good. Didn't JM say his boss, Bill Montgomery, would be responding? Or do I have that wrong?
Guys, don't worry about what a tweeting defense attorney is thinking. (Defense attorneys in practice have time to tweet about other cases?)
Even very seasoned attorneys, ask Juan, cannot predict what a jury will decide. They may think they have hints, but never really. Juries are like a box of chocolates, you know the rest of that line.
Now, back to aphids. They are really cool to observe, outside. If inside take the plant out and quarantine it from anything inside. They make a mess inside. Outside, you will see them in a large yet tiny bodied group. If you watch long enough, you will see the entire group move, simultaneously. Really! It is cool, like one large bug heart beat. Okay, so that may be too much aphid acknowledgement, but they do not move if a human or critter is present. They are one with the plant, which is their food. You are not a threat, nor is the dog, cat, rat, bat, moth, etc... Fascinating stuff.
Now if you want to know how slugs mate, that is even more fascinating!
