Yes, Zuri, I do find it a bit odd. Especially when we hear the reports of Elvira crying and shaking, but of course they didn't see that.

I guess they are good at turning it on and off.

They aren't walking through the court room on their way out either......?
Maybe they have a verdict and are a bit relieved? Or just letting go of the stress? I can't imagine the burden they've felt throughout the proceedings and during deliberation.

I get fresh tweets on the Arias search page so it appears to be working but no one is tweeting about RC, guess not much to tweet there right now.

Trial Diva Jen ™ ‏@TrialDivasJ 2m OK they are back at it! #RichardChrisman

I noticed something else, when the judge was going through the verdict form with the jury, 'Not Guilty' was the first listing, 'Guilty' was second - it caught me funny because I always thought Guilty was on top.

I think it was on top. When he motioned on the paper, he went above where he had just pointed IIRC. Sigh.

I'd be more concerned if some of jurors looked POed...at least they are talking and no one "has their panties in a bunch"..less chance of a dead lock to me...I also feel so sorry for mom...Mama shouldn't blame herself.

For the judge to do that IMO was highly improper and suggestive. Very odd

:waiting: Tick, tock, tick, tock..........:sigh:

Lissette Martinez ‏@martinezliss 2m #verdictwatch, Jury deliberations continue in #RichardChrisman trial, jurors ask for tape measure and tape, going over evidence @12News

  • #1,550
Not even one question yet....don't know what to make of that....2:00 their time, so just 2.5 hours left for today!!

  • #1,551
If they are measuring things out now, could be a longer deliberation than we thought, I expected them back with a decision in about 2 hours.

Are they using the tape measure to see if Virgillo could have fired the taser from the door and hit Daniel? Sounds like some are still not sure yet.

Hmmmm..........you'd think they'd be past that?

Oh God, or could be that they're just going through EVERY single piece of evidence.

With the wire, we know Danny pulled out the wire out of Chrisman's taser and wrapped it around his hands....so how do we know he didn't pull at and pull out some of the wire out of Vergillo's taser? That would only make sense.

Hmmmm..........you'd think they'd be past that?

The only way they can find even a semblance of reasonable doubt is if they believe that Virgillo was really outside and left Chrisman alone inside....

  • #1,556
I'm hoping it's just one last juror that needs convincing that it could have only happened the way Virgillo said it did. Everything about the crime scene makes sense if you believe SV, nothing makes sense if you believe RC.

Check, check. Check, Check.

Aaahhhh. See we are still waiting.

Must be a female juror needing to measure something. Ya'll know we don't know what 20 feet of 50 yards means. Forget asking me anything larger than an inch, and KNOW that my inch is not even close to accurate. Ha!

I wish I did, I would share if I did. I'm old and scared of social media, heh, I'm scared to post here most of the time too. Okay, okay, I'm just a paranoid person. :blushing:
