I think Chrisman is guilty, but I hope the jury sees it that way. IMO, judging from the jury questions I have seen, I think they are leaning toward guilty as well.

He is being charge with 2nd degree murder?

I think he's guilty, too, but not sure how the jury is seeing things b/c I haven't been able to see witness' faces/body language, etc..

I haven't either. I'm really just going on the reported juror questions, especially the ones for DiMaio, that seemed to question his opinion. I didn't see any that seemed particularly favorable to the defense.

I have to admit that Chrisman's mannerisms, etc. are coming across well so far...

I just called abc15 in Phoenix. They said they will live stream the trial as soon as their 11 am broadcast is finished. Josh there was very helpful. He said to go in the website abc15.com and then video, then the live video tab. I hope that works.

holy moly!!!! zuri you are an angel :) xox

Luckily, this testimony will be a fair amount shorter than Jodi's since there's not a whole narrative going on nor a backstory needed.

Also, I have been watching videos of Juan's past trials, as well as the Marjorie Orbin case (prosecuted by Juan's girlfriend), and something I have gleaned from AZ juries is that they tend to be intelligent, logical, discerning, and not governed by emotion alone. They seem very good at sifting through the evidence an separating the facts from conjecture and the reality from the fiction. I have faith in AZ juries, much more than FL juries. FWIW.

Trial Diva Sharee™ ‏@TrialDivasS 1m #richardchrisman says some officers press on scene button prior to arriving, he personally does not prefer to do that

Lissette Martinez ‏@martinezliss 1m #richardchrisman: when virgillo arrives I let him know I'm trying to map the mobile home park on his GPS, after we drove to trailer 50

Lissette Martinez ‏@martinezliss 1m #richardchrisman: officer Virgillo was first to arrive to unit 50 where the call had been made for help

So he ran the name and found he had a drug history. That tells me he went in with a preconceived view of what he would be dealing with. Justified or not, it could explain his actions. He shot a dog that was no threat to him because he was a pitbull that was barking. What says he wouldn't do the same to a human because he perceived him as an unstable junkie?
