Ok, judge it's not that hard to understand. Sounds like he just doesn't want to let Juan go there because he's on Richie's side and he doesn't want her to be impeached.

This judge really takes a while before he gets a clue. And sometimes I do wonder if it isn't intentional.

Please don't let this lady turn into the forever on the stand witness over icky picky items.

I honestly don't think it was a big deal either. The infraction wasn't that big and she remembered part of it.

BUT I think the judge should have let it in and just given the defense a chance to rehabilitate her. Juan was trying to make a valid point.

no, actually Mr,. Brent, we don't know what he said to the judge in the CMJA trial because it was all secret!! Either closed hearing or sidebar...

No, he is having a fine time getting his points across. The judge is just treating him like he's an idiot speaking non sense when his words were making perfect sense. The judge is just being condescending. He could have sustained the objection from the beginning but chose to try and make Juan look like a fool and be pedantic.
