Not a great deal, really. I find it funny how nothing SV said or did has anything to do with RC killing DR and the dog when neither were a threat to him. I hope JM gets to rebut and makes it mostly about who is on trial and what that person did.

Also, they sound minor but his overall story seems pretty damn consistent.

I didn't remember in the trial by tweet version why DR had taser wires wrapped in his fingers. That to me gives credence to the scenario where RC was escalating the situation, not de-escalating the situation. DR never stood a chance. JMV

It's the old "you say "potatoe", I say "potato"". Virgilo is pretty consistent when you put it all together. All the defense has is verbiage that can be taken to mean different things for different people. Kind of like another defense attorney who made an issue out of gas cans.

RC's taser didn't fire correctly, only one probe stuck on DR, DR grabbed the wire that did and pulled it off, then SV tased him and it worked, he fell back on the couch or chair (I thought it was a couch but I thought RC called it a chair).

Sounds like they're back. I type too slow. lol
