All I know is this jury better have every word of everything memorized at this point. They should know this case backwards and forwards. No need to transcribe, court reporter, just ask the jurors to recite eveyrthing back to you!

IMO there was not that much evidence to go though. Something is just not right with this taking so long. If they listened and took notes, like one does in school, with a simple review of facts, evidence and testimony, this final exam should have been given, taken, graded and returned. JMV

Doesn't the judge usually inquire of the jury how deliberations are going after a certain period of time?

How many hours have they been deliberating? 16? So that would bean equivalent of 2 days of work. So I guess not all that long, right??

Ok I am truly trying to rationalize this seemingly protracted deliberation.
