What kind of question could they have at this point?? They've had days and days to go over instructions/etc....am preparing myself for hung jury announcement...

It's better though. If there are people that can't be convinced one way or another, then you hang the jury. It's your duty. Hung jury is better than acquittal.

Same with the JA non-verdict for the penalty phase, I think we were told it was a question at first.

ABC15 has their 4:00 news on, maybe they'll go live to the courthouse when everyone is set. We can hope, anyhow.

Was it officially announced as a question or were people just told to gather. Remember in JA they just said people were gathering and people assumed it was a question but no one actually said that. Having people gather without announcing is usually a hung jury, right? But if they say the jury has a question, then it's a questions.

Or maybe the Court did say it was a question and I am forgetting.

OMG!!!!

They just got hung up on the assault count! They decided on the murder count...what about animal cruelty? Gotta be a guilty on that one.
