there has to be a point where she grows a backbone and says enough.
she was found guilty in what may? so its been 4months already and she still hasn't been sentenced. there is no way if this went to appeal they would have grounds of JSS being unfair without all these delays.
anyway back on topic.
i hope they work through lunch, coming in and working for 1 1/2 hours is nothing.[/QUOTE]

Found this article from back in Nov 2012. Civil suit against Virgillo:
http://www.kpho.com/story/20152232/civil-rights-lawsuit-filed-against-phoenix-police-officer
"Papers initially filed with Maricopa County Superior Court state Rodriguez owned the trailer Chrisman and Virgillo entered without invitation, despite evidence of a crime, and that they refused to leave when asked."
It also said LE was responding to a "domestic disturbance". If that's accurate, Chrisman and Virgillo had no right to enter the home w/o a warrant. I don't see how Daniel's mom could even get him removed, it wasn't her home. She wasn't pressing charges, evidence of a crime or not, and LE and the State only pick up the charge if it's a case of "Domestic Violence".
Did any of you hear this addressed during the trial? Or is this just some manipulation of the facts by the Civil Suit attorney? :scared:
It doesn't change the charges against Chrisman, but if Daniel legally owned the home, mom should have been the one to go somewhere else......I don't get it.....Daniel's home, Daniel's property, if he wants to put holes in wall or throw stuff, that's his right. She had no legal right to have him ejected from his own home in the first place...........what am I missing?
