We are looking for Debra Honeycutt who was last seen on 12/23/18 in the area of Main and Power in Mesa. Debra is legally blind, suffers from Schizophrenia and is bi-polar and manic depressive. It is unknown what she is wearing. See the attached bulletin for further information.
