A silver alert has been issued for an 83-year-old Glendale man with Alzheimer’s and dementia, the Glendale Police Department said.Earl Douglas Perdue Sr. left his home near 5300 W. Northern by 51st Avenue and Olive Street around 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
He is 5-foot-11, 220 pounds and has grey hair and blue eyes.
Perdue was last seen in a 2002 white Lexus GS300 with an Arizona license plate AWG2888.
