If she did hand her child over to a couple in Texas then WHY not tell the police the location of the campground and the location of your car?????????:furious:

So she doesn't say a word for days, and now all of a sudden she has a whole story to tell? A few days is ample time to come up with a story I suppose. I guess she doesn't have Casey's ability to pull lies out of her a$$ on the spot.

In the interview posted above, she said park, not campground.
I think if she did hand him off, it was at that park that LE mentioned
earlier. I forget the name of it.

ETA: the name of the park is Raymond Russell County Park I believe. (from scanning earlier posts)

She's not worried about the safety of her son, yet doesn't know the name of the people she dropped him off with ? She blames her husband, ex, for all of this, "he drove me to it".

Asked why she would tell Logan McQueary she had killed Gabriel, Johnson said for revenge.

“He had ruined my life,” Johnson said. “He hurt me and I wanted to hurt him and that was the only thing I could say that would hurt him.”

“I was emotionally a wreck and was completely out of my mind and just upset,” she said.

Johnson said she regrets making the statement.

“We’re human and we make mistakes,” she said. “We say things we don’t mean.”

Johnson said she has told police everything about the Texas couple who has her son. She said she isn’t concerned who has custody.

Johnson said even though she did not harm her baby, she’s not worried about his safety now.

Asked whether she’s worried her baby is dead or alive, she said, “No I’m not.”

And one more thing, she was supposedly approached by this couple. What was it, "Hi there, cute baby. Is he for sale?" or maybe it was more like Couple: "Aww cute baby." EJ: "Want him?" Couple: "Sure! Thanks!" I mean really?

What happened to TPS's story about the "underground" people who were supplying EJ with formula and diapers? I guess they weren't able to co ordinate that one.

What I really want to know is that it's pretty obvious that if the Smiths are involved, they can never pick up the baby so if someone was helping them by picking up the baby in Texas, what will they do with him now? Can they plead ignorance and just turn him over to police now? I would think they would know at this point what the situation is. If they didn't, I'm sure having this story go national on NG will let them know. Is there really some underground abuse center behind all this? If there really is a random couple involved, how will they explain to anyone how they ended up with an 8 month old baby? Especially one who's beautiful and very recognizable face is plastered all over the media now. :furious:
