I'm still stuck on the fake court papers/detective thing. If a detective saw that they had these fake papers made up, why wasn't anything done about that? I can't imagine anything involving fake papers and adoption is legal.

I have been waiting for any further mention on Nashville. Haven't seen or heard anything. I'm hoping that's because there is something to it and LE wants it kept quiet.

I certainly hope so, too, and there was definitely enough time to travel up and back -- unless someone came from Nashville to San Antonio.

I also hope and pray that, should all of the shenanigans, lying, withholding evidence, attempted extortion, etc., lead to a dead baby, even if at the hands of some other mystery person, that all 3, TPS, hubby, and EJ are all convicted.

I just don't understand why they don't go over and arrest that smiling, smirking bowel cleaner and put the pressure on! She's laughing at everyone, and a BABY is missing!!!

A Tempe detective was at the Smith home when they took in Gabriel and saw paperwork on the matter, though spokesman Sgt. Steve Carbajal said it's unclear if there the documents had any authority since they weren't court-issued.

Signing over temp. guardianship is perfectly legal. That doesn't make the papers fake, maybe without merit, but still real.

The point here is that TPS is now saying she was only "babysitting". Both parents were local so there was no reason for her to have a POA guardianship over a child she was "babysitting".

I think Tammi is inserting herself into this way too much. Her husband seems to be a little concerned over it I think. I wonder how far she is into this that her husband is unaware of ?
If I was Tammi I would be sticking a sock into it because the more she speaks I think the more she may be sinking not only herself but her husband as well ... Jmo..

Don't know your situation but in that case I believe the father was home, available and able to make decisions for his child. The mother too for that matter.

Don't know your situation but in that case I believe the father was home, available and able to make decisions for his child. The mother too for that matter.

But we don't know where she was during that time. EJ could have been anywhere. As far as Logan, he has been cut out of everything else, why not this too?

I'm not arguing, I'm just saying that to me, those papers are the most legitimate thing I have seen relating to TPS or EJ.

ETA: However, there is the issue of this apparently not being done with Logan's consent. That would likely nullify the whole thing.

Still stumped on the reason the detective would have been there.
Unless, it was while EJ was in jail. They may have taken Gabe there, and seen the papers signed.

Thanks for clearing that up, NMK. I interpereted it as TPS making up documents to resemble court docs to validate her so-called adoption. Then again, I'm kind of young and don't know much
