Google Tammi Fay's full name (including her two last names). One of the first results is her CafeMom journal. She is definitely not someone I would want to adopt my child, but that's just me. I would post the link, but not sure it's allowed.

sbm/bbm

from that source:

If anyone out there is constipated right now, I'm offering Free advise!

See, that's the thing. Dead people aren't so much blue all over, as just around the lips and eyes, fingertips. It's just a leaching of the color, not a real change in hue, and then as anyone does, the body starts to acquire purple splotches, not blue.
So, I think it's a put-on. I doubt little miss "What the heck is extradition" has ever seen a dead body.
MOO.

You may be really tired, but I am really dumb. That was the link to the last article, I must not have clicked copy hard enough.
It was actually supposed to be the same link you have up, so you didn't miss anything.
Pretty good sign I should make more coffee or go to bed.

Sorry about the confusion, everybody.

No problem. Fix some coffee for both of us. So you think the family they show towards the end is Logan's? EJ's court appearance was strange. I would think she would have had a PD to advise her about extradition. The judge even laughed at her, or so it seemed to me. Maybe the judge said "someone get this girl a lawyer" and I guess it was soon after that she invoked her right to counsel.

I'm pretty sure the people they showed are Logan's family. Just from the way that they spoke about Elizabeth, and the way that all the photos that were shown while they spoke were of him, not her.
I could be wrong, I don't think they came right out and said on the video.

Court: Mom says she killed her missing baby
Comments 3| Recommended2
Mike Sakal, Tribune

In the July incident, McQueary told police Johnson tore a part a baby crib, took a knife and cut up baby clothes, McQueary’s clothes, the couch and smashed windows of the apartment and a television set. In another incident, Johnson later hid Gabriel but accused McQueary of taking him, according to a request for custody of the child McQueary filed with the Maricopa County Superior Court on Dec. 14.

The baby was found hours later at the home of one of Johnson’s friends after police conducted a search for him.

In the document McQueary wrote, “She has said several times in the past she doesn’t want the baby, has yelled and screamed at him when I would go to work, I would put him in his room, and when I would come back five hours later, he would still be in the room with no changed diaper and crying. I would ask her (Johnson) what she was doing, and she would just yell at me and say ‘shut that thing up.’”

I think she did break the law she left and knowingly missed the court hearing about cutody.

Sorry that I am so behind! Anyhow, missing a custody case is not against the law unless the court has specifically ordered the parent to be there. If the judge did order her to be there, she's in contempt. But, since the charge is custodial interference, I think her crime is failing to say where she put her child in interference with a court order that grants her ex custody.
Even if she handed her baby over to another person prior to this court order, she would still be in trouble because she fails to say where he is, she was the last guardian to have him and she now is aware of the court's order, so by keeping silent, she's interefering with the order and comitting a crime.

I read somewhere that the parents had joint custody prior to this. And, for Logan to be given custody, paternity more than likely has already been established. In any event, my knowledge is that there were temporary custody orders in place prior to the latest hearing, so, if she handed the child over before the 29th, she'd be in violation of the court's prior orders. I hope I'm making sense!

In this video the aunt is talking about the dad threating to take the child and leave mom in the desert. That is a pretty serious threat dontcha think ? I wish we knew more about mom and the relationship with this dad. The parents not cooperating with authorities has me believeing that baby Gab. is ok. I believe there is more to this story that has not come out yet. The aunt claims mom will sit in jail in order to protect the baby ? Now do we have a Drama Queen on our hands or real concern for the childs safety ? It would seem her parents have some concern. Here is the link to the video I am refering to:

I don't know that I believe the aunt.

Prior to that she still had split custody so he wouldn't have been considered "abducted" until she lost all custody on the 28th.

If the father had visiation rights and the mother took the child and prevented visiation, even before the hearing in which cusotdy was switched, the child could have been considered abducted because the dad had custodial rights of some sort.

Johnson has reportedly made threats to harm Gabriel in the past and lost her custodial rights on December 28 after she failed to appear at a custody hearing in Phoenix.

this was all I had to read....period

(it is from abc news.com)

why oh why didn't they remove that sweet baby from her right then and there?? what in the world is wrong with our society????

Child Protective Services also has an open case against Johnson, investigating her for neglect of the child, according to the court document.

Of course I am not surprised....so many of our sad cases here are already on a first name terms with their states CPS or DCF or whatever they call it

IMHO this baby should have been taken from her at the first sign of threats

the dad seems to have been abused by her too?? This is a role reversal, but it does happen...and like many women he apparently "forgave" the abuser and took her back...sad to say

what a beautiful little baby...this is so very sad...reminds me of Trenton Duckett case so much

We really need to stop the insanity....get laws with "teeth"....overhaul our states family services mediocrity/bureaucracy...if it takes money then we can find ways to give more money to get real help for kids

(one suggestion I make to states strapped for money...let's stop this coddling of prisoners...why pay money to "guard" child molesters, rapists, child abusers?? They take their chances on the outside, let them take their chances on the inside...why pay to give them special protection, suicide watches or anything else? what happens in prison stays in prison for these creeps would be a great money saver IMHO)

It totally reminds me of the Duckett case too. I hope it doesn't have the same horrible ending. But, how many connections can a half mad 23 year old have? I mean, where was she getting the money to go across the country, stay at hotels, hostels, eat, etc.?

I'd be looking hard at that couple that allegedly basically blackmailed the father, Logan, by saying, "If you want to know your child is safe, sign adoption papers." That woman, who initially I thought was the aunt and now I'm not sure how she is related, seems wacky. She lost custody of her three kids, she says, could not find them for a year and then got visiation but basically signed away her rights to them. Then she adopted a step-daughter? She seems strange to me. Also claims extensive abuse in childhood and by two husbands, I think. Could all be true but something is wierd. And, how she takes EJ's word and speaks as if she had first hand knowledge of what Logan said to EJ? She doth protesth too much!

I hope this baby is alive. I think, if he is, these people know where to find him. Perhaps LE can arrange for Logan to "sign" adoption papers, just to fish baby Gabriel out.

DCF may be investigating her for neglect due to what has recently happened. In other words, theirs may be a recent involvement. I know they screw up a lot. That's because you have far too few workers handling far too many cases. If we want that to change, we have to willing to allocate more of our tax money to social services. In further defense of them, there are tons of allegations made all the time, often without merit. I sure wouldn't want DCF taking my children from me based on the allegations of some nut or angry ex. They have to investigate.
That being said, if Logan actually had text messages on his phone from the ex saying she killed her son BEFORE the hearing, and they were able to locate the mother and child at that time, he should have been taken from her immediately. And for some reason, I seem to remember hearing something about DCF or LE doing a welfare check and finding the child was okay, prior to the hearing.

There was an incident where it was only her and the baby home, the neighbors called LE since they thought Logan was beating her, it was only her and the baby, screaming and throwing things...is that the welfare check that you remember reading about?

IMO, she's a Fruit Loop, but she can't describe a dead person, so I doubt she did what she says she did.
