Regarding the carseat question:

The way she has acted toward Gabe since his birth, I would not assume he was in a car seat at all from AZ to TX

He may have been just crawling around the backseat KWIM.

Exactly! They'd immediately become very suspicious, imo, that the baby was either abducted or sick. The only way I can buy it is if they were extremely desperate for a baby but then I'd think EJ would've already known that and this transfer wasn't random. You just don't find strangers at a park, campground, or wherever, who are looking to adopt a baby. MOO

Yeah, I think every move was planned out. I think EJ and The Smiths had every move planned out.
Wasn't TFS's staus on her FB or MS page changed to "accomplished" on the 30th or
31st?
That makes me think the plan was accomplished.

That's why I think Gabe is still alive and the Smiths know where he is and who has him.

Of course, all this is JMO.

PHOENIX -- A Tempe woman arrested in Florida on suspicion of custodial interference said she gave her 8-month-old son to a Texas couple.

In an exclusive interview with CBS 5 News from her jail cell, Elizabeth Johnson, 23, said she met the couple in San Antonio while running away from Arizona.

“They approached me and came up to me,” she said. “I was alone with the baby at the park.”

Johnson said she knows little about the couple. She said she doesn’t know their last name, address or phone number.

“I trusted them,” she said. “I believed in my heart they were good people.”

Johnson said she has told police everything about the Texas couple who has her son. She said she isn’t concerned who has custody.

Johnson said even though she did not harm her baby, she’s not worried about his safety now.

When asked whether she’s worried her baby is dead or alive, she said, “No, I’m not.”

Yeah...but around here we can't say "nuts" can we?? we have to boo hoo about mentally ill people

let's face facts....many people who are locked up are mentally ill....from depression to schizophrenia....and I don't really care

they chose to commit crimes...

not all people with mental problems commit crimes....in fact most don't I guess, they take their meds, they get help, they live good lives and God Bless them

but these mentally ill people want to get out of jail free and get the little violins ...I say no way
