The baby had teething problems - she took him to the doctors (apparently) for medicine. They are in a motel room and she is taking pictures to remember him by. He is holding onto a bottle with a safety cap on.

It looks like Elizabeth really might have loved her baby boy - and maybe, just maybe she had postpartum depression. Things between Elizabeth and Logan were at times rocky, and now a baby comes in. Elizabeth has never dealt with her problems from her childhood (although, it looks very much like Logan was trying to help - he tried) - and as hard as it absolutely is, a loud-mouthed predator is at the door.

Really - I want everyone to take a step back - please give a little room - have a little compassion - Tammi is a predator who preys on susceptible young mothers to get their child.

I really don't care who is mad at me - these are my real feelings, and I am really crying right now visualizing what it was like in that motel room. My opinion is just that.

Hugs, what about this. I'm not mad at you at all. I see it differently, but that's a good thing! The best thing for Gabriel is if we have people looking at all different angles, so we cover all the bases.

You're trying hard to figure it what happened to Gabriel, and I appreciate that.

This isn't about being right or wrong - it's about each of us doing what we can, in whatever way we think best, to help this sweet little baby.

Ok so back a few pages someone posted an article that stated a car seat and clothing was left behind. Anyone think it's possible she took him on the bus? I would think on a bus if you hold an infant they do not have to have a ticket, and also that they do not have to ride in a car seat due to the size. Also she may have left the dirty clothes maybe she didn't have a way to wash them. Maybe she met someone somewhere else and is just saying SA to throw everyone off.

I'm really trying to hold on to hope that she didn't physically harm him.

EJ had a fake ID in TX? Wonder if she rented a locker or got a bank box in that phoney name and it is full of cash waiting for her one day? I think she sold this baby to the highest bidder.

I agree...With every lick of compassion in me I can say this..
Tammie needs to be in jail, and EJ needs to tell the truth, then let the courts decide if they want to keep her, but she must produce this baby to authorities..
Right now, that is the only compassion I can have for either of them..

The pics where he has on the PJ's with the dog on it, he is wearing the same jammie's in a pic posted on TPS fb.
Posted this again in response to someones post,,not sure the link (news story) I had posted took you to the correct pic that I was talking about.

not sure which pic you're speaking of

there is one where he has on jammies with doggies on them that look similar to the one in the hotel room with reindeer on them

other than that, I don't see any that are the same?

:waitasec: I haven't even gotten to the pictures yet. I certainly wasn't saying EJ definitely gave her child medicine she shouldn't have. Truth is, not everyone knows you can't easily purchase baby cold medicine anymore, that was the point of my post.

My ending is also how I feel and my opinion to where my knowledge of details were. I hope she wasn't medicating him with OTC cold medicine as that could prove fatal to a child Gabriel's age.

I'd like to be given a chance to catch up on a thread before being accused of being dispassionate to details I haven't had the chance to read yet. I did start off my post stating I was far behind.

Yes, of course - I'm sorry. Thanks. I just wish I hadn't seen those pictures.

I also have a bottle of grape-flavored infant Tylenol drops here, and as A_Closer_Look says, the bottle looks identical to the one pictured in little Gabriel's hand. The yellow band has lot number, expiration date and something else on it. The black writing on the white background below the yellow band all seems to line up exactly the same as the bottle that I have sitting in front of me.

When I first saw the photo of little Gabriel holding that bottle, my heart, too, skipped a beat or two. I was sure that it was some prescription medication that a baby should never have in its hands.

However, after looking at the bottle of infant Tylenol that I have here for my little granddaughter, I am absolutely positive that little Gabriel is holding a bottle of infant Tylenol.

On this link, the second pic, in the gold frame, is a lady with pretty long wavy auburn or brown hair, hugging a dog, all white. The first pic is smaller. She has on a pink or salmon blouse. It looks like in a back yard. Tammi had some pics of when she was younger with similar hair, but I can't see the face here that well. :)

This must be the same dog that Zanni had... cripes... hand me a whiskey... AND I HATE WHISKEY!

Oh bless your heart, Wat. I'm in no way mad at you either. We all have such strong emotions over this. No need to ever apologize to me. I appreciate your passion.

I agree 100% but why would someone drive almost 1000 miles just to kill a baby?

I don't think she made up her mind to do it until she got there. I think her rage increased steadily from Dec 8 on - remember, she stopped her meds at that time, so she'd have had less control as the days went by. And I think this was an act of rage, rather than a cold, calculated, long-term-plan. Not a momentary act of rage - she'd been having thoughts about harming Gabriel for some time.

Hopefully, Elizabeth was able to contain her rage enough that she did give Gabriel to someone. She had the smarts and computer savvy to find someone. And hopefully that someone is a caring person.

I pray every day that I'm wrong about what I think is most likely to have happened.

Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster. Been waiting a few hours for approval of my new account at WS. Thanks so much for having me here.

Does anyone think it would be early for LM to consider retaining a civil litigation attorney and pursue the Smith's in civil court for intentional infliction of emotional distress and loss of consortionship of his minor child?

The looks on his face in the interviews I have seen IMO are not even close to how much he is suffering and how heartbroken he really must be.

From what I have seen, JS and TS don't seem to mind flaunting their assets on the web and TV and it seems that a civil judgment should be fairly easy to collect IMO.

:waitasec: How does one turn ON the slow motion on this board?

Great hat, McGruff!!! I am hoping LM has an attorney to advocate for him who will pounce when the time is right....

WELCOME! :woohoo:

New pictures show baby Gabriel in Texas

The newly-released pictures also reveal Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, brought family photos when she fled. Tempe Police say it looks like Johnson's mother and brother are in picture frames placed on a motel nightstand

Wonder if LE released these pics due to the Babysitter's story last night. Maybe they are trying to keep people from loosing hope that he is alive. The babysitter's story about hooker's and knives and a drity drugged baby does not fit the photos. The photo of the tylenol did bother me at first due to the babysitter's story, but now looking at all of them makes me think the babysitter really embelished her story. She's full of it.
