Some kind of pink liquid and whatever it is there is quite a bit in there.

Oh yeah, not saying it's a bad thing... just that I am pretty sure it's OTC and not prescription, based on the bottle matching so closely to this one in my hand.

Any one of the pictures look like he is perfectly fine, not drugged at all -- safety cap on, child dressed in clean clothes, hair combed -- what else do you want?

I'm really getting upset now, so I have to leave. He looks fine - none of us knows what happened except for what Tammi said.

We don't know the dynamics of what went on except for fights (and I've seen worse), and then there is a a psychotic predator was at the door.

Talk about hell.

Okay, in the other pic it does look like a medicine bottle. Do they prescribe Tylenol for babies?

My doctor doesn't write the kids prescriptions for anything that can be bought over the counter, so I don't know.

If EJ was on the state health care plan (AHCCCS aka "Access") then I believe that they prescribe just about any kind of meds a child would need, whether its otc or a "regular" type drug. That way, child can get the meds they need without the parent having to pay for it.

These new pics released for Baby Gabe, do we know wich motel these were taken at ? EJ supposedly had two different rooms she had rented , I think at the same time, it is possible that the motel the babysitter came to is not this one.

I have honestly been thinking about this for a couple of days now. I think I even posted something about it way back <<<<------------ that way a few threads.

I wonder if she didn't relize that they were nuts and ran FROM them with Gabe. Maybe SHE is the one hiding Gabe because she didn't want the Smiths to have him and she was afraid that the papers she signed are actually legal. and she is afraid that they may take him from her. who knows.

In this picture you can tell his little mouth is dirty under the pacifier and the neckline of the jammies is dirty. I'm not saying that is totally bad. Maybe she had just changed him, fed him and was getting him ready for bed and just hadn't gotten around to wiping his mouth off yet.

Really, I can't see his mouth - only the pajamas, and they may be stained from before, or milk dripped out of his bottle. Babies' clothes get stained very, very easily. He looks absolutely fine- I'm kind of upset about this.

We who have had children know what it is like - no nanny, no Better Homes and Garden, - no perfect anything.

IIRC, the babysitter said she took care of him a few days before these photos were taken on Dec. 26, so the room could've been straightened up, new toys, etc bought for Gabriel and so forth. MOO

As far as the dirty pajama collar in that photo... If I didn't have a bib on my kids when they were eating jarred food, it would always end up in that exact spot. And if it was carrots or sweet potatoes, like it looks like Gabriel may have had, it left a stain that was impossible to remove. It very plausible that those pajamas were straight out of a washing machine and looked like that. So they weren't necessarily dirty at all. And I don't see a dirty mouth, he looks clean to me! His hair looks clean, no gunk in the corners or his eyes... he looks much more taken care of than random babies I see at the store.

I also am wondering... that hat she has on him looks like it was hand made, and it also looks pretty tight, like it was made for him when he was an infant. Obviously if that is the case, this hat was probably special to Elizabeth. It makes sense to me that she would have taken a picture of Gabriel in this hat to remember him by before she gave him to someone if that is the case.

Better view of medicine bottle

I'm late to the game here because I was uh... parenting... and that looks like a prescription label to me on there... I was all about the Tylenol or ibuprofen as I've give my girls grape-flavored Tylenol or ibuprofen, but that label looks like an Rx now. huh?

As much as I'd like to believe this scenario, I'd seriously like to know why she'd still be talking with them while she's in jail if that's what happened? And if it's them she's afraid of, why not cooperate with LE?

By looking at the websites, that appears to be the Homegate Fiesta Park not the one on San Pedro. The websites show two different rooms and furniture. Perhaps this mystery has finally been solved.

Yes, it does. She took him to the doctors and got him a prescription.

I'm holding a bottle of my sons baby tylenol in my hand, and it looks the same as the one in the picture with Gabe. The lot number, yellow band at the top and everything is in the exact same spot.

Bouncing off your post here. The American Academy of Pediatrics has long since denounced the use of cold medicines in children under 6yrs old. This coming from a study by the FDA that cold medicines are not proven to be effective or safe for children under six. Now a days you can't even find baby cold medicine anymore. Everything is labeled/dosed for 6years and up.

The American Academy of Pediatrics strongly advises against giving cold medicines to children under two due to potentially life-threatening side effects. Reported side effects include convulsions, increased heart rate and reduced consciousness, according to the UCLA Health System.

I'm even more afraid for Gabriel if EJ was giving him cold medicine. If that's the case (unless an RX from a peditrician) the medicine was likely intended for a much older child. Again, just a little tid bit to throw out there.
