o/t I've been avoiding the footage, because i knew that would be a problem. then i got the call that my son, a marine, who just got back from deployment, is heading there. so now i've been watching also, and it is just horrific. so, so terribly sad.

Back on topic---BeanE, the ever-reasonable, loving sleuther! :)

OT: Tell your son Thank you for serving our country, and helping others in need. My husband's grandfather just passed away at age 85 he was/is a marine. Served in WWII. We are going tuesday for his service. Though he had horrible stories from war he was an awesome person. Oh and his house and garage were kept like a marine locker. Sometimes I thought he cut his grass with scissors it was so perfect. We miss him so much!

sorry, I still don't see a dog in that pic so I can't help you

still looks like a baby to me lol

eta: I should add that it looks like an old black & white photo - I don't see any colour in it at all and I've enlarged as much as I can

There are two framed pics on the night stand. The one with the dog is in the one on the left. A woman with her arm around a white dog that is sitting. Does that help? :)

Checking in! Going to catch up ow. Can someone fill me in on what i missed from last night to tonite? TIA

I'll try...Lastnight they served a search warrant on Mr and Mrs. Smiths home were there for 4 - 6 hours, confiscated laptop computer, paperwork and copied all info from main computer at the home. Tammy admitted she lied (roll eyes) she was the one whom helped EJ put C. Cherry's name on the paternity papers that were filed with the courts in AZ.
Today she babbled on NG some more and we believe she has lawyered up, oh and new pics of baby Gabe are out that were found on EJ's camera that she had on her when LE arrested her.
Also No visits allowed at a bunch of the jails there in AZ due to protesting going on, Sheriff Joe locked um down ...I think that was it lol

sensitive to CC? what's that about?
how does that justify withholding info in a MISSING BABY INVESTIGATION?!

I don't think she made up her mind to do it until she got there. I think her rage increased steadily from Dec 8 on - remember, she stopped her meds at that time, so she'd have had less control as the days went by. And I think this was an act of rage, rather than a cold, calculated, long-term-plan. Not a momentary act of rage - she'd been having thoughts about harming Gabriel for some time.

Hopefully, Elizabeth was able to contain her rage enough that she did give Gabriel to someone. She had the smarts and computer savvy to find someone. And hopefully that someone is a caring person.

I pray every day that I'm wrong about what I think is most likely to have happened.

As a loving grandmother who just recently spent time caring for my bipolar daughter-in-law who was "off her meds" and my sweet 3 month old granddaughter, I can tell you FOR SURE that a person in this kind of uncontrolled rage can do anything. My DIL, who is normally very very loving, caring, and creative, had to be watched every single minute. Her obsessions were over the top, her agitation kept her from being able to hold the baby much less diaper and feed, and she eventually began to have psychotic episodes, seeing and hearing things that were not there. She had serious medical intervention and after being forced to take her meds for about 10 days, she finally was able to care for her baby again, with supervision. She will not likely EVER be able to be trusted to take her meds without supervision and she will ALWAYS be watched very carefully and diligently by those of us who love her very much.

I can not even begin to imagine her on a long distance trip alone with a crying needy baby. In our case, I could not even leave the room to use the bathroom without bad things happening. It took two of us to adequately handle her until her meds took effect.

Opinion here.

I do not believe that is a sippy cup at all. it looks like those plastic peek-a-blocks by fisher price. it even has the same pink and orange ridges at the top.

this is not it, but the idea of what I am thinking of. this looks nothing like a sippy

I have enlarged that photo and I don't see any colour in it

Oh, for petes sake, can this woman ever just tell the truth? Now she is saying they withheld the truth about CC from the media until LE interviewed them, which took 15 days. They were trying to be sensitive to CC. Why doesn't she just admit that she lied because she didn't want to get into trouble.

Looks like baby Tylenol or some other baby medicine that probably has a dropper on the end. The yellow looks like it's part of the logo or design on the bottle.

Thatis exactly what it looks like. Here is a picture of a bottle of Tylenol Infant drops.

Are you talking about her response to why they lied? That is a dumb excuse IMO. She said the police didn't have time to interview them for 15 days, so to be sensitive to Craig they kept it from the media. ummmmmm ok then. I so believe her, don't you?

So now they withheld it because of sensitivity? I thought it was because she forgot all about it?:waitasec::waitasec:
