Mystic I agree with u. I find it odd she won't talk and no one has seen this kid? I don't be LE has any proof that gabriel is alive or where he is at. They are chasing rumors and tips now IMO. It's going on a month now.

Ej isn't talking much cause she knows her child is dead IMO and she knows she is in trouble. Missing babies given to strangers or some secret person doesn't happen very often. Babies killed by a parent happens frequently. The odds are aginst gabriel being found alive increase daily. Adults run off, babies do not. I know there are many angles to this case but the odds of ej having the baby smuggled to Mexico or hidden somewhere are becoming least likely IMO.

Remember how she would try to talk teenagers into being a surrogate and also asked if they would do insemination? Now think of a medical exam room in a doctor's office. Now of a room in a colon cleaning office. Hmmm,, so so similar. Perhaps TS business also dabbles in a little insemination. A girl looking for money, any guy willing to give up some sperm, a couple desperate for a baby and a little fee for the middleman. I don't know, but stranger things have happened.

Your last thought from your posting: wow, what a powerful thought... you could be on to something! Her establishments are considered "medical" facilities, right? It definitely could be used to disguise something like that. I hope LE is checking the businesses out.

Another thing that bothers me about Tammi. She says she made jokes with EJ about how similar Craig and Logan's pasts were. Same troubles or something to that effect. Yet here she is, staying in contact with Craig and trying to be "sensitive" to good old uncle Craig, but Logan is horrid and deserved no sensitivity?

You are so RIGHT! They took polys a week ago! And those polys came out inconclusive because they LIED!!! LE has definitely been talking to them. She lied or "omitted" the whole CC story. This woman lies in circles. It is amazing and infuriating :furious:

You are correct and TS has lost her mind. She and her husband would have us think that LE had them participate in a LD when LE themselves told them that it would be no surprise if the results were inconclusive. Now, that makes no sense at all.

Why would LE EVER give a LDT to ANYONE if they knew in advance that the results would be inconclusive because the person would react to a name being said or lack of sleep or whatever else they dreamed up. It makes no sense.

What bothers me the most is Eliz texting Tammi on Dec 29 and telling her that she and Gabriel are fine, and just great, and she's got a job. When she was in Miami Beach, and Gabriel hadn't been seen since Dec 26. :-(

That's just senseless. Why didn't she say then that she'd given Gabriel away? Why did she wait until after she was arrested, in a televised interview, to say she gave him away?

This was her BFF Tammi - if she'd given Gabriel away, she would have said so, because she didn't see any problem with it, and everyone would have commended her for doing such a great thing.

I don't know why but it bothers me about it being so cool! Like she has an answer prepared for all these computer searches and emails and on and on.

Just a thought...and far fetched as it is...let's play this scenerio out....TS stated that EJ was so sorry to hear that TS and JS were somehow involved in the disappearance. Say, LE tells EJ that TS & JS have been arrested (of course, not really doing it) and has TS in prison garb, get together with EJ in a room being taped (but not to EJ's knowledge)...might she spill the beans knowing that her BFF's has been charged for something they didn't do or have knowledge ?? We know TS has the knack for spinning things...so I think she could make it all sound believeable...

....I agree about the Smiths being in this thing up to their eyeballs. To me, it doesn't even matter anymore if they were involved in the "end game", no matter how it played out. They (especially TS) preyed upon ES, encouraging her, making her feel as if she was doing a noble thing and providing her with the tools she needed to move forward in this plan. Who will ever know how this would have turned out had EJ never met the Smiths. It's such a pity.

...TS cannot seem to help herself when it comes to the limelight. It's so similar to Cindy Anthony who also must have been told how the public reacts to her but keeps on keeping on in the most dysfunctional manner. If nothing else I hope that LE does a forensic accounting of the Smith's finances cuz I bet there is something fishy there.

...When oh when will LE start arresting people like the Anthonys and the Smiths? Isn't lying to LE a crime? If we don't make an example out of them, people will continue to exploit tragedy.

Wow kjt300 that's a pretty interesting theory and one that I can actually visualize them getting into. The very first time that I'd seen the Smith's on a news program something did not ring right about them and I got an odd pull in my tummy. Similar to the Anthony's. EJ and her evolving stories/lies etc. seem so similar to Casey A. that it's uncanny.

I am truly hoping and praying for a live baby Gabriel but at this point in time there hasn't been one live sighting or tip and my hopes are becoming somewhat diminished. But I will not give up on a live baby til LE has some hard core evidence otherwise. I am wondering if she possibly gave baby Gabriel a little too much medicine? I am also wondering of what she was giving him had more than just tylenol in it. His eyes in all of those pictures do have a look about them.....my son would sometimes get that way after getting the tylenol cold stuff, droopy eyes. He also looks slightly pale to me.

DH thinks that the Sith's were in fact in cahoots with EJ but once Logan called the cops and EJ sent him the text whatever the plan was began to unravel and then EJ lost it and went rogue! I hope not!

Thanks Ethonic, excellent point here -- I have been thinking about CC as TS seems to be hiding even more in this area -- I am wondering if it is possible that CC and TS became closer (as she has stated they are very close) through him helping her learn more about changing identities -- he does have a record for this

exactly!! I don't trust ej to have the sanity and/or compassion not to kill her kid. Ej was a woman in a mission. She planned to get far away, possibly start a new life, then realized that she was stuck and nothing was working out. she is aggitated, upset, confused and crazy. Gabriel gets fussy, money running out and miss rage lashes out on Gabriel killing him. She dumps the body and runs again.

Then once caught she makes up the story of giving him away at a park to strangers and all that. The smiths tried to help ej IMO, but they were trying to help in the wrong way. They knew ej was gonna run and maybe they had a plan to take gabriel or some other family, but I think that backfired when ej appeared without Gabriel.

This is all my theory of course!!

Now she's asking people to pray for Logan....
She's building a cocktail. When more people were speaking out against Logan, she hated him, he was unfit...just look at his record.
Now that Logan is seen as more of a victim, she wants us to remember him, pray for him, associate him with her when we think.

If people were to start posting to her FB that Logan doesn't deserve our prayers, she would change her tune to pray that Logan be saved. This is kind of creepy to watch.

Not only that, but when she LIED to LE about writing CC's name down... WITH her lie came another slap in the face to Logan about his past record, which was totally unnecessary and rude.

Hi Bean, thanks for all of your hard work on the summaries -- I cannot imagine how many hours it took reading through all of the threads, and I bet you saw some interesting things --

Do you remember where this tidbit about EJ texting her all of the above?
Did not EJ's email state that she was not going to use her phone for fear of being traced? TS keeps changing her stories and it's really hard for me to remember because I get so frustrated with the changing reports of "facts"

Yes, I looked in the tax records in the mls and it's not the Smiths house. FYI, if anyone is searching in the maricopa county tax records, the house is in Tammi's name only. So hopefully, that will show them that this is -- that, you know, we should not even be persons of interest at this point because we obviously were looking out for her best interests and making sure that she did everything correct and legal.

If this is true, then why did she help EJ by putting CC's name on that Paternity pleading? They were "making sure that she did everything correct and legal"? But yet she says she was in a "hurry" to get the paperwork to the court and "did not read them" and did not know that CC's name was there? Thats taking your time to make sure EVERYTHING is correct and legal?

Are we supposed to believe everything she says about the communication she had with EJ between the 26th and the when she got arrested? She it was a poor decision and it made her look bad.

Why didn't she goto the police and ask them how she should have responded to EJ while she was on the run? Maybe they could have thought of something that may have tripped her up in SA B4 she did whatever she did with the baby?

How come you did not think about doing that TS? There were missing person reports in the news. If you had ANY information regarding the whereabouts of EJ and GJ you were advised to contact LE! Why didn't you contact LE immediately when you were contacted by EJ? Why did you take matters into your own hands? Are you a trained LE officer? I seriously doubt it.

Nothing but a wanna-be hero/control-freak. I will bet that any decisions that are made in the JS - TS household must get FINAL approval by TS b4 they are set in stone.

Who would want to live in a relationship like that? I sure would not.
