Okay, that was an email from what I read, and not a text message from what I saw posted

What I noted that there was only one email back from EJ, but quite a few from TS and the dates of this correspondence were odd

Yeah all of the screenshots posted on thread 9 yesterday were copies of the emails posted on TS FB page by her 'friend' L were deleted by the mods yesterday -- I believe

I believe we may only post paraphrase and a link to things from social networking sites --

Those pics of a drugged looking Gabriel really upset me. But...I keep thinking....LE must have something that points to him being alive. There didn't seem to be a massive search for his body. I'm just sad after seeing those pics.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to get on here recently....been working. All night. Just caught up on the thread. I skimmed, so if I sound redundant, I apologize.

First, the pictures of Gabriel. I think he looks absolutely normal. He doesn't look thin, or sickly, IMO. In fact, the first picture on the slideshow from KPHO, his legs look very chunky. The second picture looks like he just woke up. Picture #3, looks like he can barely keep his eyes open. Picture #4 he appears to have that cranky "I'm fighting the whole sleep thing" look. He wants to go to sleep, but he doesn't. If you have little babies, you know that look. Picture #5 looks like it could be from a different day. Different pacifer, and the other pictures don't appear to have the stains on the outfit. The last picture looks like he has finally given up and is just amusing himself until he falls asleep. All my opinion.

I'm not going to beat up on the babysitter. But, I do think she was either basing her interview on what was already in the media, or she was intercepted by TPS and coached on what to say.

Gabriel did have a book. (Looks like a kid's book to me)
Gabriel did have toys.
Gabriel appeared to be clean, other than the stains on his pajamas.
Gabriel did not appear to be skinny or deprived of basic nourishment.
The room did not appear to be dirty or cluttered.
I did not see a knife.
The medicine bottle appeared to be full or close to it.

A lot of the stuff the babysitter was saying sounded very familiar, IMO. When EJ trashed her and Logan's apt., there was a knife, EJ was enraged, things were destroyed. IMO, law enforcement released these pictures to put the kabash on the babysitter's story. Many people were ready to write Gabriel off as dead, with the description the babysitter gave. The wild-eyed, angry, EJ and sad, listless, malnourished Gabriel. The pictures prove the opposite. And, IMO, if you are going to drug a child to "shut him up", a better choice would be Benadryl, not Tylenol. Also, if someone told me to just give him more Tylenol to shut him up, I would probably involve the police, or at least CPS. I don't care how long I've known the person. Especially if the person didn't even give me an indication that there was anything wrong with the child, other than them needing to be shut up.

Taminator, I agree with you up to a point. I think she was still taking care of Gabriel for the most part up to and through the point in time those pic's were taken. I believe he was teething, thus the need for the Orajel for numbing the gums and the tylenol cold relief for pain relief and congestion. When the babysitter was there and tried to feed him, she stated that he would cry. Everything that went into his mouth was probably causing him pain. EJ had her appt. and she had to keep it so the baby was in the BACK of her mind at that point even though the baby needed his mother at that point more than a babysitter. I think she met her "prospective" persons(s) that were going to meet with her for the pickup and I think the S's know it. I don't believe that EJ harmed the baby, she was becoming more and more detached, yes......a survival mechanism to get her through it but I believe he is with someone. I can hope anyway.

I completely agree here, and would add that Gabe in the earlier pictures when he stayed with Tammi had many around him aside from the photographer to make sure he looked happy in the photographs -- not too difficult to do, but difficult to do if you are the only one in the room and trying to take a picture -- just IMO

Thank you, Prof and Taminator. The monster Tammi orchestrated that whole interview, IMO, and then NG show allowed it and promoted it. Most people will never see those pictures so that they can make their own conclusions.

Tammi certainly seems to have a way with young girls, IMO - (babysitter, Eliz, and who knows how many others) - and,for some reason, they become her puppets and follow her directions. Tammi is just plain evil. She has no conscious. JMO

When I read the posts by TW, he said that he went to the house expecting to find the Smiths, and the person who answered the door said that they had moved to AZ. Maybe they still own that house and are renting . . . OR, maybe Tammi was lying and should have said "owned" instead of "own".

Are you talking about the 'edit' button for your own posts?

If so, it means that for, I believe 24 hours, you are able to 'correct' or 'change' something in your post. You can also delete it if you want to. I don't know if you can delete your own post once there's a 'thanks,' but I know you can if there's no thanks and the edit button is still available.

Remember when Tammi said Logan's ego is so far into this that he will never sign adoption papers. That was the most insensitive statement about a father who is missing his son.

One of the many digs at poor Logan; how does one have the GALL to trash an innocent victim of a crime that one has aided and abetted in?

I think the toys and book on the bed (I think it's a board book, with the back cover up, my kids have several, I've seen them in every possible position) are brand new, especially the book. Did she buy him new toys, to help make the whole image more presentable to the new parents?
Did Tammi have her send a picture every day so that she could tell Elizabeth if there was anything she needed to do to make him more presentable? Why take tons of pictures of a child you are only going to give away? Why buy them new toys, why keep their clothes fresh?
Why bother to give them medicine at all, since he does look like he may have needed it in the floor pic with the pacifier? Just let them scream it out.
I want to know how this meshes with EJ's personality. Was she in the midst of a psychological attack of some kind?
The more pieces I see, the less of them seem to fit.

If babysitter saw no toys Dec 19-21(?) And if EJ has meeting with the new couple maybe they brought over the Toys and book after the sitter.

Babysitter claims she was there for two hours. Unsure of exact time but it was late morning.
