What bothers me the most is Eliz texting Tammi on Dec 29 and telling her that she and Gabriel are fine, and just great, and she's got a job. When she was in Miami Beach, and Gabriel hadn't been seen since Dec 26. :-(

That's just senseless. Why didn't she say then that she'd given Gabriel away? Why did she wait until after she was arrested, in a televised interview, to say she gave him away?

This was her BFF Tammi - if she'd given Gabriel away, she would have said so, because she didn't see any problem with it, and everyone would have commended her for doing such a great thing.

This is what concerns me too. There would be no reason for EJ to lie to TS, if she had given Gabriel to another couple.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but isn't that a medication bottle in Gabriel's hand ? It looks like it to me.

We can let her stay there. We could help her and all this, and while she`s changing jurisdictions.

Well, by the next day, after doing research throughout the next day, we realized, Oh, she cannot change jurisdictions. It`s illegal. So immediately, we started, you know, telling her, You need to come back, you can`t change jurisdictions.

And that`s when I called Janet Morris (ph) from Tennessee and said, Hey, she`s not coming back. I don`t know what to do. Can you please tell her what her legal rights are and get her back here? And that`s exactly what Janet did. And so the cool thing about that is our computer will corroborate that entire story.

She starts off with "she was telling us she was going to run" and ends with "you need to come back" She does mention that one day they did research -- so to me this means that EJ was in AZ on one day when they discussed how she was going to try to change her SS # and then gone somewhere by the next day and they told her to come back?

Does this fit in with a timeline we have heard? Does this make any sense to anyone?

The other thing I'm wondering. Remember when Tammi said that Eliz texted her right after she texted Logan? And assured Tammi that she hadn't killed Gabriel?

The dates times on these messages, and what they say, make me think that was a mistruthification, that it was actually a couple days until Eliz texted Tammi.

It also bothers me that Tammi said Eliz would not call her via phone on Dec 27. It makes me think that perhaps it was because Tammi would not hear Gabriel over the phone. That maybe Eliz was worried Tammi would insist that she hold Gabriel up to the phone and tickle him or make him laugh so she would hear he was okay.

However just maybe....Elizabeth was AFRAID to tell Tammi that she had given Gabriel to another couple seing that Tammi's hopes were to adopt Gabriel. She would be furious to hear that Gagriel went to live with someone else. I keep wondering if maybe Elizabeth 'ran' from the Smith's <?>
Clearly the Smith's know their ins and outs about surrogate/adoption and legal as well as illegal routes to get there and maybe Elizabeth was afraid of the consequences that would stem from putting CC's name one the papers rather than LM.
There is NO WAY that Tammi did not look at the papers. 3 copies later and still she hadn't looked at the papers to MAKE SURE all was in order? :waitasec:

In 1 pix does it look like she took a pic of him taking his medication? Bottle is one of those tiny ones. Then EJ takes pix of him getting groggier??? WHY???
and she has 2 framed pix on nightstand???
I see teething toy, Tylenol bottle and a notebook on bed.
No crib in room?
With cap on his head is he now on the motel room floor????
It looks dark blue with it going up like baseboard.
He does look clean at that point.
4 different time frames.........
1 pj's are doggies drinking
2 pjs are rain deer on floor
3 is stripped pj's
4 is in a stripped onsie outfit..........

K regarding the pictures of Gabriel he looks normal to me but then again I'm not a momma. My bun is still cooking in the oven till June! Lol.

However, a healthy looking baby means nothing when it comes to abuse or death. How many kids have we seen that look healthy and happy in pictures but in reality they are being mistreated???

I don't trust ej to want or care enough to take real good care of Gabriel. She didn't want him anyway and made previous threats. she may have clothed him and fed him cause that's what she has done in the past. It's like she was on auto pilot or maybe if she did neglect him he would become more fussier?

Then there are some parents who love/hate thier babies. One moment they love the kid and next they want to kill it. This applies to all kinds of abusers. It's love one moment and then you do something to make them mad and they want to strangle you to death.

Several times, Tammi has changed her timeline. What she says here doesn't work for me. The SSN stuff was back in Tempe on Dec 9 per Eliz's grandfather.

I think she's fudging on her timeline again in this. :banghead:

Gabe looked pretty normal to me too. And I have 4. I don't see a notebook on the bed, I see a children's board book. A brand new one at that, it's just upside down.

I don't know, but I doubt she killed him, at least, I doubt she killed him on purpose.

BeanE - so sorry, but I missed this and have not been able to read all the posts yet, so I'm missing some pages here. BUT... are we sure the text (or was it an email) actually came from EJ? It must have been a text, because she probaby didn't have email service in FL right? And if it was a text, then she had her phone with her.

I agree 100% with your take on this text/email. Very strange, why wouldn't EJ just tell TPS that Gabe was with another family? Do you think it might have been code for TPS to put part 2 of Plan B into action? (I'm speculating - I have NO idea if there was a Plan A/B or any plan at all. :crazy

I am still confused about the cell phone. The first articles on the new pics of Gabe said they came from the phone, but then that was corrected to say the pics came from a camera that LE confiscated - so I still don't know if LE has EJ's phone or not?

Babysitter said he was "dirty" & "thin" & basically didn't look too good but I'm not seeing that at all in these pix..He has very nice outfits on & looks as adorable as ever to me.

Were these pix propped (for obvious reasons) & the babysitter saw the real deal that day OR is she just an unreliable source for whatever reason? :waitasec:
