TPS is changing her story again. Now says she gave the baby to EJ to take him to see Logan and then when they went to pick Gabe back up from EJ, neither of them were there. Logan apparently helped them find EJ in San Antonio...
So, I guess this is why they all of a sudden want him to have prayer. He's such a good person for helping them find his own son.
Just sick.

I wonder how Logan found out she was in SA?

from my understanding she texted him, and he called her back (or she called him) and it was at that point that he knew where she was and immediately relayed that to LE. They located her there, but did not arrest her until they got eyes on her in FL.

Could the new jammies, toys and book have come from the 'underground' or abuse shelters, where ever EJ and Baby Gabriel stayed on their way to TX or in San Antonio?

Would you take pictures of your baby dirty or being neglected?

I searched and searched for a medicine dispenser that looks like the one in the pic of Gabe. No luck. Someone said it is possibly a see through block....I hope so. I just had a horrible feeling, when I saw those pics, that these were of Gabe being OD'd and were meant for Logan.

The one picture looked like he was holding a bottle of medicine though. And every damn one has a binky stuffed in his mouth.:furious:

However just maybe....Elizabeth was AFRAID to tell Tammi that she had given Gabriel to another couple seing that Tammi's hopes were to adopt Gabriel. She would be furious to hear that Gagriel went to live with someone else. I keep wondering if maybe Elizabeth 'ran' from the Smith's <?>
Clearly the Smith's know their ins and outs about surrogate/adoption and legal as well as illegal routes to get there and maybe Elizabeth was afraid of the consequences that would stem from putting CC's name one the papers rather than LM.
There is NO WAY that Tammi did not look at the papers. 3 copies later and still she hadn't looked at the papers to MAKE SURE all was in order? :waitasec:

I don't think she was afraid to tell Tammi. There was nothing to tell. Tammi orchestrated this transfer to go somewhere that in a few years, the baby would not be recognizable. I don't believe that statement came from the pickup people as stated by EJ (allegedly - according to Tammi), I believe that statement came from Tammi. It sounds like something she would think of and would say. So, when the S's realized they could not legally adopt, that was the last ditch effort to hide Gabriel.

When Tammi makes the statement that EJ said she was going to run forever and that she was going to change her SS#. I don't believe that. IMO, again, that was Tammi's idea and she went online doing searches for just that to accomplish that for EJ. She's singing a different tune now because LE has the copies of the hard drives and will know what she was looking at. She's been trying to intercept every possible source of information since this went public. She's tried to manipulate by contacting EJ, JM in Tennessee, the babysitter, Logan and I believe the hotels (otherwise how did she find out about the babysitter)? All she had to do was be completely honest from the very beginning but now, she's painted herself into a corner. I think she'll be making another trip to the Tempe P.D. soon, only this time it'll be in handcuffs.

EJ must really care for whoever is in the photos.............to carry them with her!

She's (Tammi) a pathological liar and is in "survival" mode right now. I think it's a ploy to make it appear that EJ did kill the baby therefore, the trail stops if they cannot find a body. Won't work Tammi, you've already woven your web. Either you were lying then or you're lying now. Which is it?

Whew!! I think I spend 90 percent of my time on here catching up! So much is out there. One thing I gotta say though that the picture of little Gabriel with that funny looking container that contains a liquid that he is drinking is very bothersome. I have to ask myself if EJ took those pictures to sent out a sick message. I liken this to a serial killer leaving a calling card. One thing I agree to, though, is that he does appear, in the pictures, to be ok but still there may be something sinister behind the whole series of pictures. We may be dealing with some very sick minds all the way around.
