It's bizarre that each of those messages had a different date and time. Just makes no sense.

LE will know what was there and when it was deleted. She can't fool everyone all the time.

The sequence of events was:

Dec 26 Sat

- Tammi calls Janet. Janet calls Elizabeth.


Dec 27 Sun

- Eliz texts Logan that she's killed Gabriel. We don't have a time on these texts

- Tammi says Eliz calls her immediately and tells her it's not true, however the date/time on the email from Eliz that was posted on Tammi's FB is Dec 29 in the early evening - when Eliz was in Miami Beach

- Eliz parks car at Motel 6 at about 11:30am, walks across the street to Tornado, buys bus ticket, gets on bus at 1pm

- Logan goes to the police station at 1:05pm

Dec 28 Mon

- emergency custody hearing

- Logan granted full custody

- felony warrant for custodial interference against Eliz is issued


It could the phone call from Janet telling Eliz that the 'change of jurisdiction', adoption, etc, wouldn't work, and to come back to AZ is what set Eliz off.

Your'e right...not every pic. Going from memory. It normally wouldn't bother me but in the circumstances, with the tylenol just seems to be a picture that someone wants him to just be quiet and passive and not a bother.

If I had to guess, they have the cooperation of FB also. It may have taken a legal maneuver to get those records which may take a little time but I believe they would have had that in motion already.

She's (Tammi) a pathological liar and is in "survival" mode right now. I think it's a ploy to make it appear that EJ did kill the baby therefore, the trail stops if they cannot find a body. Won't work Tammi, you've already woven your web. Either you were lying then or you're lying now. Which is it?

Yes, and I think also that they (as in both EJ and TS) still thought they could frighten and leverage Logan into doing what they wanted him to do. So maybe this was a sick manipulative ploy to still get him to sign over his parental rights.

When it didn't work, plan B.

While I have to accept that EJ's text/email that said she AND Gabe were fine and she had a new job with a new identity MIGHT mean she had already done the deed and sent Gabe to 'be with her mom", it might also have simply been a wild goose chase to throw LE off her trail after she sent Gabe into hiding and she took off for Miami. She must surely have known by then that any text/email would have been intercepted and held as evidence.....:doh: oh wait, I forgot, this is the Tammi Fay and EJ show!

IMO, Plan B is the most likely. The text/email as a ruse to throw LE off the trail, exactly! In the meantime, she sent Gabriel into hiding but I believe upon the direction of Tammi. Since she surely did know that any text/email would be intercepted and held as evidence, that's all LE has to go on. Tammi made it clear from the start, you do not tell anyone where he is, no matter what! Remember Tammi saying she asked about the "couple" that allegedly picked up the baby if they were hugging and kissing on him, like she does? That's her main concern? Not where did you meet these people. Where do they live? Etc., etc. C'mon, does she think everyone is stupid?

Elizabeth also said in her raw jail interview that Logan had never contacted her.

If Tammi is the source, I want to make sure I don't help her in any way to vilify Logan.

I thinkI know what this maybe...my grandson has a little, pacifer looking thing that has mesh on it. You can put ice, fruit or something like that to suck on. I went and got one here and the colors and size are the same, orange looking ring, red cover. the top of it has a ring on it, so it appears he's sucking on the ring, but nothing's in the mesh part, as she has the cover on it. Just my thought. Medicine of liquid form would not work, as the "binky side" of it, is mesh.

IIRC, Elizabeth told Tammi the story about Logan. From what I have seen Logan did everything by the book, contacted LE, went to court to get custody. Doesn't sound like the actions of a kidnapper, they usually avoid police contact.
