Whatever day Tammi told EJ she could not change jurisdiction and to come back is when this entire plan changed. That is when EJ decided not to come back and make her own plan without TS. I have no doubt in my mind that TS to begin with was behind getting EJ out of AZ to somewhere where they thought they could dupe the legal system and adopt Baby Gabe at some point but that all changed..

EJ is the only one imo that knows where the baby is or at least what she did with him, she was mad because things were not going her way so she made it her way.

catching up on where I left off earlier.....as I have stated before I do believe the bus is a key. I have an employee of mine, who is Mexican and her family lives is SA. She tells me the bus line were are talking about generally takes the routes of where they have terminals. If a terminal is not located in the city in which you want to get off, they will stop and let you off at say, the competitors terminal.She also says you do not have to pay for a ticket if the child/infant is small enough to sit in your lap. She also states the buses are very,very nice, with tv's and bathrooms, so you rarely have to stop unless the bus needs gas or someone needs to get off. She says the fares are cheap. I asked her if there were many people like me, on that bus line...and she said...oh no...but have seen one or two...Shy of calling the bus company to see how they would route a trip like this, it is hard to say..

I'm wondering why she ditched the car and took the bus to Florida. Since she had the car and money for gas, why didn't she just drive the car?

Contrary to your statement, I truly do believe the Smiths are involved in this case. That is why I have posted my beliefs (opinions) that they (or at least one of the Smiths) will be arrested on or before this Wednesday, January 20th (the date of EJ's prelimimary hearing on 3 of the 4 charges).

My point being, no matter how much I and most possibly the rest of us would like to see the Smiths brought to justice, we all want baby Gabriel found. The rest of it will all sort itself out in time. But time is precious, just as Gabriel is.

Leaving the Smith's out of it, is not going to help find Gabriel in my mind. I think they hold as much of the key as Elizabeth - my opinion. I think it is quite probable they are helping to hide him out or made connections to do so. If you have some information that definitely says that is not true, then I would like to hear it.

This article is greatly upsetting to me. It sounds like she is still seeing Gabriel as a THING, not a person. She doesn't even care that Gabriel needs to be with his family, she doesn't care that he's with strangers that will have to watch their every move for the rest of Gabriel's life. All she cares about is her situation.

I am so bothered by this that I can't find the words to express myself.

Exactly why I think the Smith's have more at stake unless Elizabeth thinks she can make a deal or is charged with murder.

It was easier to get on the bus, imo. IIRC, the ticket was under $200. The car could've broken down along the way to Florida and that'd cost a lot more money. Also, the car belongs to her grandfather so at any time he could've filed a stolen vehicle report. MOO

I can't see an attorney really saying that. You would think he would be encouraging her to talk and try to get a plea deal. If it is possible for him to be produced. The lawyer on Levi Page's show last night was asked what he would advice EJ if she were his client and he said something like help all you can and make a deal, unless she killed him and then he would advise her to keep quiet.
I also can't understand why she talked so much to TPS but now she is saying she can't say anything. I am still waiting for some high profile attorney to volunteer his services to her.

On a side note. JVM is a new show tonight so maybe there is hope that NG will also be a new show. I'm just dying for some new info in this case! We are all looking for signs that little Gabe is still alive!

Nancy Grace was a new show but it was all about the woman who solicited what she thought was a hit man (but was undercover cop) to kill her husband. Not a word about Gabriel or the latest kidnapping of the 2 year old boy.

You could read it that way, but she may know he is not with strangers... we have to be careful of assumptions.
