Melz3kids, Could you please edit post #607. That is not my quote. Thanks so much!

I am pretty sure I heard that EJ specifically mentioned suffocation the very first time I heard this story, but I believe it was only on the local broadcast news.

I think some reporters aren't doing a credible job of reporting and keeping the facts straight. I wonder why this part of EJ's story wasn't mentioned until now?

God, Marigold. I didn't know she had said specifically how she did it. This is just awful.

Also in the article:

"Even if we can't find Gabriel alive, we at least want to find out what happened to him and start bringing some closure," Horn said.

That's always my biggest thing, to try to find out as best as possible what happened to the child. Justice doesn't always come in a courtroom, but we can do our best to find out what happened to these babies and children, and tell their story. There is justice in that. Telling their whole, true story.

DairyGirl, thanks for not quoting me and now I'm not quoting you, lol. I believe its like a domino effect, someone took off an end bracket (the ]) someplace and then it affects everyone that quotes, until the mods can make things right.

"I've never seen him look like that," his father, Logan McQueary, said.

"I saw that picture and I just started crying. Even when he was tired, he never looked like that."

Okay, so that puts to rest teething, allergies, cold, sick, flashes from cameras, sleepy, etc, because Gabriel's father, who knows him better than anyoneelse, now states that he has never seen Gabriel look like that.

Doesn't convince me, sorry :/
There is another picture with the same pjs on where he looks alert..I don't know if they were taken at the same time.

Anyway, I don't think we will ever agree on this one.

Was Logan the main care taker? I know he worked.

As soon as you post, if you edit, you'll see the extra begin quote tag that's causing the misquote and you can just delete that extra tag to fix it.

Okay. We'll just agree to disagree, and still be friends :-)

BeanE, yeah, I'm pretty sure the suffocation was mentioned here on tv. Even so, I held out hope that Gabriel is alive. I admit I had some doubts earlier today, but I am still hoping that he will be home soon with his daddy and will keep those hopes up until either Logan or LE say something otherwise.

I know I can't quote you in the conventional way because the message board seems to be a bit glitchy right now, but I want to commend you for these profound words,"Justice doesn't always come in a courtroom, but we can do our best to find out what happened to these babies and children, and tell their story. There is justice in that. Telling their whole, true story."

Whatever the case, whether little Gabriel was sleepy or sick in those pics - WE here at WS will probably never know for sure, but I can imagine that it was QUITE emotional for Logan to see those pictures. His baby has been missing for almost a month, and he received a text message that the child was dead by the hands of the person who took those photos. Where do you expect his mind went when he saw those pics? I can't even imagine the emotion he must have felt. It's just sad. Tragic. Put yourself in his shoes.

I feel so horrible for Logan tonight. I just can't imagine what he's going through. He must be in an emotional agony.

I'm glad he has his dad for emotional support through this. I get the impression that they're close.

I totally agree! I feel awful for him..I want to look back at everything and not assume the worst.

LE knew that when they seemed to strongly suspect he was still alive so I will stick with that.

Map of red light camera

http://www.photoenforced.com/texas.html

I see one on Fredricksburg at Hwy#410.... This road goes right in front of EJ hotel- Homegate and Quailty Inn and if she was headed south on her appointment she might take this road instead of I-10... google says this red light is 8 minutes away from Homegate....

That light would be in Balcones Heights. I'm trying to think of someplace in that area that would make a good "meeting" place. There are a few restraunts mostly businesses though.

Goodnight you guys. Time for me to hit the mattress. I hope and pray that there is some good news tomorrow and that when I wake up I learn that little Gabriel has been found safe and returned home once and for all. I'm praying, praying, PRAYING! Please God, bring this precious little boy home!

I just reread the original transcript from nancy grace. She did say he didn't appear ill (which I had missed initially),

But boogers around his nose and being lethargic and unhappy, still makes me think otherwise.

I deleted my post that said apparently ill.

The babysitter said he didn't look lethargic
