The one thing that convinces me that the medicine bottle is not your standard infant Tylenol is the drowsy eye symbol on the label. Nothing could convince me more that the medicine bottle is indeed a prescription and not standard over the counter. My first though is it's Tylenol with Codeine.

Thank you! Why would a baby be prescribed Tylenol with Codeine? I do not have children but that seems extreme to me...

Some of us were discussing this yesterday evening. If Gabe was already dead (god forbid) or incapacitated, she could possibly have even had him in the large backpack she was carrying on the bus and disposed of him on the route to FL. I even posted that would make sense of why she told Logan that she would tell him where Gabe's body was after she got out of the USA.

I certainly hope that's not the case though.

sadly, this thought popped in my head, when I first seen the bus station ticket seller say the big bag. I have pushed that thought far from my mind. I have to believe he is alive!

I have only taken a long bus ride once. It was from Salt Lake to Phoenix, about 10 years ago and it was Greyhound. The bus makes stops every two hours or so IIRC. So people can use the restroom, buy snacks, stretch their legs, have a cigarette, etc. They usually make the stops at convenience stores that have food places in them (I think one of the one's we stopped at had a Subway Sandwich shop inside). Some of the stops are only 5 minutes or so, but I think at least one stop was a half hour. Also, she could have changed buses along the way (We changed in Las Vegas on my trip).
If she had a bus change, that would have been an opportunity for her to dispose of Gabe. The new driver probably wouldn't notice or care about the bag being gone, or just emptier. And she probably didn't ride on with all of the same passengers. EJ would have known about a bus change before hand to plan this.

ETA: The more I think about it. I hope LE has looked into this.

I still think if she was going to dispose of his body along the way she would want to do that in a place she could be sure he would not be found. I think taking a chance there would be a place like that a long the way would be too risky. I think if she did kill him she would have wanted to get rid of the body as soon as possible, but that is just my opinion.

Her path would cross McQueary's again after he became friends with Johnson's twin brother, Richard.
End Snip

In custody documents filed in December in Maricopa County Superior Court, McQueary said he ended the relationship. In July, he alleged, she became enraged when he didn't return home from work on time and took a knife to his clothing, the couch and the baby crib. She broke dishes and took a cooking pan and smashed the TV while the baby was in the Tempe apartment.

They were forced to move into another apartment.

McQueary said Johnson got out of control again in September when she got mad at her brother on the phone. She cut up the baby's clothes and the crib and broke every window in the apartment. Johnson spent the evening in jail and went through a diversion program on the criminal-damage charges, according to Tempe Municipal Court records.

BBM!!!

Thank you ever so much. Awesome temper. Poor kid, AND poor Logan.

If you go back to the very beginning the initial reports all said that she said she put him in a "baby bag" and threw him in a dumpster.
Are there any regional differences between a baby bag and a diaper bag? I'm only asking because it struck me odd there. Did they have one diaper bag for day trips and another larger bag of his things for overnights?

Although I don't think she killed Gabriel, I wonder if the underground/shelter provided her with a port-a-crib. The come in a nylon zipper bag the size of the folded up crib. It would certainly be large enough to hold a 20 lb baby.

It seems to me she would have to be at a stop long enough to do that. If that is the case hopefully someone on the bus would have noticed the big backpack was gone. I haven't ridden a bus in a long time, but would she know when she got on with a dead body where she could leave it so it wouldn't be found?

sadly, alot of the riders were probably illegals, or couldn't even speak english, IMOO. so some may not be so quick to come forward.

Teething.

I remember that discussion. Was it you that said baby Gabriel could have fit in a large diaper bag? I think he could :( (especially if that were the case, EJ certainly is not worried about how she got him in there.) I definitely think he could fit in a large backpack..easily. Makes me want to cry just thinking about that. :(

You know as hard as it is for many of us to believe, there are people that simply have a black heart and no soul and I think she may be one of them.

Baby Gabriel is 20 pounds IIRC.............my mom's cat just weighed in at 18.5 pounds for surgery.........to take him in yesterday we used a large purse pouch thing they sale for cats and dogs..........it is the size of a backpack kids use in high school...........hate to compare like this, but I don't know how else to say what I know a huge cat can go in without harm. Agree with you. I think she may have driven him toward Victoria, along with that phone. How does that check out time-wise with what we know?

You know what really irritates me about this? Under "Information" she has a phone number listed, for "Det. Rimeras"--I believe she meant Det. Ramirez, but whatever. Anyway, that's the ONLY contact number she has listed. Didn't she say on NG that a Det. Ramirez was "their" contact for the Tempe PD. I believe she also made it sound like Det. Ramirez is female. My point is, Tempe PD has made it very clear that they are overwhelmed with tips in this case and are directing further tips to 1-800-THE-LOST.

Now, I'm not saying Det. Ramirez doesn't exist, but WHY, when Tempe PD made it clear that they wanted tips directed to NCMEC, would you use a contact number for the Detective that a certain couple is supposed to give info to? Smells kind of hinky to me. Maybe my imagination is working overtime.

TAMMI SMITH: Yesterday, I called Detective Ramirez (ph) at least five or six times and left about four messages with her. She finally called me back at 10:30 last night, and I was very angry and told her, That`s it, I`m tired of this. Set up the polygraph, like I asked you last week, and I want it done tomorrow. And she said, What time? I said 12:00 o`clock. So we were there.

Yes, but she wouldn't know who was and who wasn't. Would just be risky to carry a dead body along on a bus trip.jmo

Since nothing indicates a death at motel room, IMO, OD was probably what she did to him with the Tylenol..........JMOO

I just don't see any reason that EJ would have boarded the bus with a dead baby when she had her car to dispose of a body if she wanted to. She could have driven anywhere in that car on the morning of the 27th to dump a body. She may have, but I'm still of the opinion that Gabriel is alive. I just think that if TPS were hearing for the first time in that phone call from jail in Miami that EJ just gave the baby to some strangers she would have been hysterical. Instead, TPS took it all in stride and said something along the lines of well, she must have trusted them. TPS' nonchalant attitude combined with her lying and tweaking her stories every time she speaks tells me that she is involved in this up to her neck.

I mean really what kind of person does that?! This is JMO, but I believe that Gabriel may have been the only hold EJ had on Logan and that in itself sadly is not unusual. But, I have never in my life known anyone, no matter how mad they were, for whatever reason take a knife to their baby's clothes and tear up their crib! I've volunteered many years as a Guardian ad Litem in S.C. and thankfully I've never come across someone that has done such a thing....and I've seen more than I ever could imagine..:( That speaks volumes to me about her state of mind and what she is capable of...Poor Gabriel..

I am not sure when the supposed ping was in Victoria. And not sure how long it takes to get to Victoria. If she had the gps on in the car, at least LE would have that. But she could have been delivering a live baby also.

Ej could of had baby in a bag inside the backpack, emptied the backpack and still carried it with her the whole trip.......no one would of noticed. She could of bought food or a sweater and made it look full again. Just thinking out loud.

Limit DNA evidence? Throw off LE?

Who talks to a Detective like that? I mean, really.

And who tells the police to set up a polygraph and when to do it?

Something is hinky here. My hink-o-meter is on the fritz again.

She may have, for myself that's just what worries me. There is NO telling where she disposed of his little body. (if that's the case) I definitely believe that she has tried to make sure he wasn't found. Sadly so far he hasn't been and my fear now is that he won't be. IF that's the case, where in the world would one start to look for him? JMO that's what she planned all along..
