Yes, but she wouldn't know who was and who wasn't. Would just be risky to carry a dead body along on a bus trip.jmo

IMO, but it was also risky to have a babysitter come to her hotel room and watch Gabe. It was risky to put Tammi's cousins name on the Paternity Documents. It was risky to break windows, and take a knife to baby clothing, crib, break television, etc. with her baby in the home. It was risky to have a knife next to the bed in the hotel room with a somewhat mobile infant in the room. It was risky to ask the babysitter to give the baby more Tylenol to "shut him up" when she had already given him some. It was risky to text/call Logan and say she killed Gabe. It was risky to hand him over to the Smith's and possibly to this "other" couple. I could go on and on.
I don't think EJ is concerned about risk at all.

I definitely see your point. But I think that is where we are all getting stumped. We keep trying to reconcile the way EJ thinks with a normal point of view. I don't think EJ HAS a NORMAL way of thinking. JMO.

I think allot of info was 'put out thereto throw off police'!
I go back to the one and only character and LAST PERSON to be with Gabriel before he
went missing! MOMSTER!
and with her history of temper tantrums.......and a teething baby!
Dope him up and get out of my hair is what I see her doing!
Then he died and she got back at Logan and said see what I did to YOUR SON!!!
Her main plain to adopt to the Smith's fell through and EJ was pizzed...........MOO

Who talks to a Detective like that? I mean, really.

And who tells the police to set up a polygraph and when to do it?

Something is hinky here. My hink-o-meter is on the fritz again.

Someone who is Borderline Personality Disordered? And add a hefty dose of Grandiosity, along with a huge sense of entitlement.

If what we are hearing about her young son and that assault is true, then that puts EJ and TS pretty close in personality, I'd say.

Well TS of course. Don't we all know she thinks she's 🤬🤬🤬🤬 of the walk...she seems to tell everyone what to do! Hummmmm!

It was so risky to be in a strange BIG town and have a stranger come and babysit, period!!!

Are we sure there was a ping in Victoria? I know LE's wording was vague about it. They at least said EJ did not go to Victoria. Am I remembering this correctly?

Limit DNA evidence? Throw off LE?

As we know from the Casey Anthony case, hanging on to a dead body is a very bad way to limit the evidence of a crime having been committed. With her car she could take that baby anywhere. If she is on a bus trip she has to find a good hiding place while milling around with other passengers at a public place.

Sadly, I'm beginning more and more to believe this. When she was told that Logan had FULL custody now, AND the adoption wasn't going to work out, she probably had another raging temper tantrum and decided to move on with her life. There are just way too many signs that she never did bond with this baby. He only existed as leverage and a weapon. Losing custody took that away from her.

I know it has been said, and I have looked everywhere on the threads...that she stayed in (2) hotels. Do we know the dates ????

Wonder why if she was going to kill him why have a sitter? Why not just drug him? Ugh,hate writing that.

But suppose she watched the CA case and she knows that part of the major evidence against CA is that Caylee's DNA was found in the trunk of her car??? I think that is the kind of thing meant by the statement about limiting evidence. If LE found ANY evidence in EJ's car that Gabe was dead, she'd be done for. If they find his body somewhere else in SA, or between SA and FL, they can ASSUME it was EJ's doing, but it would be a lot harder to prove it, especially with her story about handing him off to strangers. Wouldn't LE have to PROVE it was EJ that killed and left him wherever they found him, rather than this "couple"?

Thanks for asking this question. I'm a bit unsure of the details about Victoria, TX myself. Would love to read any info someone can post on this. TIA.

Thank you! Why would a baby be prescribed Tylenol with Codeine? I do not have children but that seems extreme to me...

Just wondering since 'H' is 4 years old, does anyone think this is something Elizabeth got from Tammi?

This is what I remember also.

The media is good in one way and bad in another. We are going to have more sophisticated criminals.

Agree with you. I think she may have driven him toward Victoria, along with that phone. How does that check out time-wise with what we know?

Perhaps the adoptive couple lives in the general direction of Victoria, maybe she just drove out to take a quick look to see exactly where Gabriel would be living. I know that really doesn't line up with the fact that she didn't want to see the Smith's home and didn't want to know where they lived but it could be the reason for the pings near Victoria. There are many farms and ranches and out of the way country roads between SA and Victoria, wide expanses of sparsely populated land, mostly farm and ranch land.

Risky was maybe the wrong word to use. I don't think she wanted to get caught with a dead baby. I don't think she would see the other things as the same risk as carrying a dead body. If she was going to hand the baby over to someone to "adopt" she may not think having a babysitter would be a risk. If the knife was there for her protection or to use for her food she wouln't think about the babysitter thinking it was to kill Gabriel. I don't think the knife had anything to do with killing Gabriel. I just don't think she went to San Antonio to hang out to kill Gabriel. jmo

I believe she got a sitter while she went to get false id. Maybe also to pickup a phone we've heard she got after there. At that point, she may have still had hope that Logan could be pressured to sign away his son and also there might have been some under-the-counter financial advantage in that for HER if he did. Like maybe a house in Nashville to live in. Maybe even other perks to help her get started with a new life.

Then it all fell apart. She was told "no change of jurisdiction, no house, no deal."

Maybe truly Jack and Tammi are just in shock and denial and can't admit to themselves or anyone else that their choice of how to handle this whole thing ended up getting Gabriel killed. That could explain why they now seem so heartless and continue to allow those horrible posts blaming Logan on their websites. I just can't think of any other reason for continuing to blame Logan. Maybe they just want to feel someone ELSE is more responsible for this than THEY are.

You know what really irritates me about this? Under "Information" she has a phone number listed, for "Det. Rimeras"--I believe she meant Det. Ramirez, but whatever. Anyway, that's the ONLY contact number she has listed. Didn't she say on NG that a Det. Ramirez was "their" contact for the Tempe PD. I believe she also made it sound like Det. Ramirez is female. My point is, Tempe PD has made it very clear that they are overwhelmed with tips in this case and are directing further tips to 1-800-THE-LOST.

Now, I'm not saying Det. Ramirez doesn't exist, but WHY, when Tempe PD made it clear that they wanted tips directed to NCMEC, would you use a contact number for the Detective that a certain couple is supposed to give info to? Smells kind of hinky to me. Maybe my imagination is working overtime.

Good point, I was wondering about that and I hope they are not connected to anyone in LE
