It does kind of bother me that LE is just now asking Logan for the texts and e-mails.....

Well, that might be what they just released for public consumption, which would also include EJ, TPS, and JS.

And any others that might have been mentioned in those texts and e-mails.

Just turning up the heat maybe, a very public reminder that they DO have those, for anyone who would cringe at the thought.

Actually, EJ did have her rights terminated. LM got full custody. EJ kidnapped him. It happens all the time, parents who don't have custody kidnapping their child.

I personally don't believe that and think it may be just shoddy reporting, JMO.
I recall TPS in one of her interviews on NG talking about how she told EJ that LE has a voice recording of her phone call to Logan. She could have been lying, as that would not be a stretch. However, she would be playing with fire to publicly make a claim that LE has that call recorded if she was lying. IMO, as always.

I have a bad feeling about what has happened to Gabriel, but until the day comes that LE says that he is dead, every effort at any time is worth it.
As long as LE doesn't know, then I say print a million more fliers and post them.

Like when they find a skull and they use clay to reconstuct what the think the face might look like and then put posters of it out.

I guess next time we see one of those posters we can just over look it because f#$k it that person has been dead to long for anyone to care!

I was not talking about LE, I was talking about CPS, two vastly different agencies. The workers would have hd to observe or hear a direct admission from EJ in order to terminate. Even if they had seen her destroy the apartment, as long as she did not injure Gabe that would not have been grounds for termination.
Believe me, I have fought with these people my entire life, and I know their rules. Terminations are very hard to get, especially before the child is injured or killed.

And there my friends, lyes the problem.

I am always shocked at what I learn almost daily about CPS.

BBM, that is a sore spot with some of us as we are kicking ourselves in the butt for not getting this started sooner. I know that some of us expected that these things were already being done, and unfortunately, the delay possibly hurt Gabriel's chances. However, most of us are not professionals, and we are doing what we can NOW. IMO, it is never too late to be a small part of the change you wish to see in the world. I look at cases like Shawn Hornbeck, Jaycee Dugard, Shannon Dedrick, etc. and I see that many kept hoping and their prayers were realized. Many had a similar opinion to yours in those cases.

Of course you are still welcome to discuss your thoughts even if they differ from other people's. Nobody is saying otherwise, I hope. There will always be differences of opinion, but I personally respect any and all opinions posted on this forum. That is one of the reasons I love WS so much.

We are all coming together to share ideas and opinions. This is a wonderful place that is at it's best when posters join together with a spirit of kind tolerance and great respect.

I don't see a lot of good results coming from an abundance of woulda, shoulda, coulda.

Could TS be lying about that call? Something doesn't sound right about this call. Like she knows somethings coming so she's setting it up to cover her behind.

SHe ALWAYS likes to stay out there in the lead; it is, I believe, a huge compulsion of hers.

What ever happened to that housekeepers daughter who said TPS had been hospitalized more than once for mental issues?

It's about damn time really. I cannot even begin to imagine how offensive that must have been to the McQueary family, really.

The woman seems to have no sense of propriety at ALL.

Also, having knowledge of 5-element meridian theory, I'd like to point out that issues with the colon meridian are about need to control, and issues with small intestine meridian are about lack of propriety. Interesting case to follow.

ALright, since I helped us get off track, the least i can do is help us get back on before I go clean house, so to speak.
I saw an article/blog yesterday, that said something about LE needing to check the hotel surveillance footage. It sounded as if the writer had reason to believe they hadn't done it.
The person they were quoting had a name that started with G. I was trying to get kids ready and haven't been able to find it to read it now. Does anyone know what article and where I can find it? TIA.

I also believe that TS will be in hiding for a while. But, she has shocked me before with her face splattered all over the tube when I thought she was done.

IMO there is so much reason to believe Gabe could be out there...handed off to a couple who is taking care of him...

I hope he is found and returned to his father where he should be.

I'm still not feeling that EJ killed him. I hope I am right.

I work in Battle Ground, so I would be happy to dig around! I've been thinking that sadly this is all so far away from me, how could I help? And, then, there is my local connection...
I know it's a stretch, but what better way to get Gabriel hidden, than far away!

BBM No-- EJ is not TS' family-- BJ is TS's family member and J is not a last name

It is an address associated (don't know how or when) with someone close to TS in blood, so it would be a good place to post IMO
