I just watched this video and even the Grandfather refers to Gabriel as "it"....how sad!

Actually, he said "it wasn't her her thing" - "it" being "motherhood".

It's hard to know why someone does something without being there or being in their shoes. In LM's defense, he's young, he's probably stupid (for lack of a better word) when it comes to life, relationships, etc. Maybe he thought that if EJ continue on her meds she would become a better mother. Although, I don't know how I could leave for work every day wondering if my baby was being neglected (or worse).

Thank you NMK for transcribing that phone interview for us ! So many things jump out at me, but just a few are...

"I've been approached before in the same situation with Tammi". This sounds too similar to Casey's statement that she had left Caylee, on the steps of the Sawgrass Apts before. It's just not meshing for me.

Elizabeth states that Logan was harassing her on the phone and then in this statement said he never called her. Later in the interview, she said that Logan told her that she would be charged with Kidnapping. Which is it ?

There's a definite evasion of certain questions like did you tell the police where your car was ? Answer, I didn't talk to police, I talked to the FBI.

Not one word about Gabriel and how much she loves her son, no plea for return...nothing. This is the scariest part of the conversation. She is much more interested in bad mouthing Logan than in helping her son. Had she enough love for Gabriel, "I don't want him to go through a custody battle", she would surely be more worried and concerned about his safety now. I don't get a good feeling from this.

And could she sound any less interested here ?

Reporter: So what, I mean if these people that have your kid are hearing what you have to say, what do you want them to know? I mean, should they turn that baby over to police?

EJ: Um, obviously, yes.

So, is anything known about Elizabeth's biological parents?

* Who they are?
* Where they are?
* When was the last time she had contact with either of them?
* Why she was put in the foster care system to begin with?
* Does she have biological siblings?
* Does she have foster care 'siblings' she remained in contact with?

Well leaving him alone or unattended for hours...calling him "Thing"..

she was already in anger management

she was on antidepresants for postpartum

the police had already searched for him months ago when he was "missing">. and she had him stashed at a friend apartment

she is a violent and rageful THING IMHO....isn't there enough evidence that this baby was in danger?? I blame them all...

and I especially blame her

I could care less about her bad childhood, her depression or whatever other excuse will come up...all that would make me feel sorry but when I see that sweet baby's face I don't care about her or about any of them

Has anyone asked either EJ or the Smiths why she didn't give them Gabriel this time?

Both of them have mentioned how it went so well the first time they had Gabe....why would she supposedly choose the mystery couple over them?

These people and these stories are blowing me away. took awhile to watch and read new stuff from this morning, and I have to make this quick as I am being harassed by my precious 2 y.o. grandson.
I so appreciate you all here who post the interviews and to notmykids who transcribed the whole crazy interview with TS, reporter, and EJ. Wow, she DOES sound like Casey A.! Psycho, selfish, sociopath.
Again, social services did not intervene in this obvious situation of possible harm to this child from the beginning. But cannot blame them exclusively. It takes a village to raise a child. Inaction and manipulation (from the Smiths and whoever got involved with "adoption") have created this monster.
Gotta go, my little grandson looks a lot like poor Gabriel, so I am so very saddened. Even as he is now placing all his toys in my lap for attention!
I am being more swayed after listening to her interview that it is possible that she did kill Gabriel. She can justify it in her own mind that everyone else made her do it. Pray that it's not true.
As far as criminal cases go, I listen to my gut feelings a lot, and usually they are correct. But this time, I'm not getting a clear feeling.:waitasec:

She supposedly cares so much about Gabriel that she wants him to be safe from being miserable, but she can't say his name...not once.
In the entire 9 minute phone call, his name is said once, by the reporter. That says a lot about all three of them, Jack/TPS/EJ.
Not one of them is emotionally invested in Gabriel's life.

EJ got rid of a problem and poor TPS lost her outward symbol of her Christlike love and devotion..

I'm really holding onto hope, I think Gabriel is still alive. I think there was some kind of "underground" adoption and TPS is behind it all. Then again, I absolutely think EJ is fully capable of killing poor little Gabriel, but I'm really holding onto hope right now.

I saw someone ask further back what the reason she went to San Antonio was, but I don't believe it was ever answered. I'd really like to know that too. Did she have family or friends there? Or do we think she was there because of something to do with TPS? There was a report that she was at Six Flags with Gabriel the day after Christmas. Who was she with? You don't just take your 8-month-old baby to Six Flags alone.

I do hope that Gabriel is still alive and unharmed. If she did hand him off to someone though, I have to think that TPS was involved somehow. No way do I believe the strangers in the park story.

Do we know how she got to the youth hostel?
How did she know about the youth hostel?
Why leave the car at Motel 6? (This also reminds me of Casey- abandoning the car).

Maybe Gabriel's homecoming is being planned right now as I type.
maybe the couple that have him really thought they were doing a legal adoption, maybe their attorney thought it was legal as well. As manipulative as EJ is, maybe she told them the father was dead or that she was raped and became pregnant. Maybe she never even mentioned the dad at all. At any rate Gabriel's picture and story have hit the national news now and maybe the new adoptive parents or their attorney have already contacted LE. LE may be gathering information from them regarding how they met EJ, others involved and how the whole thing went down. Maybe preparations are being made to return Gabriel to Logan without involving the couple or their attorney in the media frenzy that is sure to take place. Maybe just maybe that's what's taking place right now.

BBM. Six Flags in the winter ? Maybe it's not as cold in San Antonio, but I just don't think of going to amusement parks in the winter. I wonder how accurate that sighting was and if they have video confirmation yet.
