She had physical custody. When nancy said that it was shared custody , Jack tried to answer and say yes thats right, when Tammie grabbed his lg to shut him up! And she told Nancy to look at the custody agreement!

Puhlease...if the Smith's were such upstanding people they would have figured out this baby, Baby Gabriel, had a Daddy that didn't want him to be adopted! They would have wanted to get both sides of the story. NOT just the one, E's, that worked best for THEM.

Smiths say they volunteered to take LDT's on New Years Eve, never heard back.
They found the MS message and then the texting started. Missed some there, but it seems EJ was worried they would trace her through email, and intended to keep running forever.
EJ allegedly told them that Logan was back and forth on the adoption.
Last court date, they were supposed to meet with Logan and EJ, but EJ got custody and blew off the Smiths, as opposed to going to the park and lunch, as was planned.
Saying there was no way for them to contact Logan.
Smiths say EJ had full custody, he had visits, court says that they had split custody.
Could have run to avoid court, could have run and met new man, then killed him.
Pat Brown kissing the colon cleanser release hatches of the Smiths as well.

Life as the Smith's knew it has just ended...my guess is her business and their credibility will go down straight down the sh***er, they will lose custody of the little girl they just adopted and that million dollar home they just built will probably be put on the market. All I can say to TPS is "Was it worth it?"

When did they first come forward? Think they're making their whole part of the story up? Has father confirmed any of their communications with him? [Sorry, I just got ahold of this case.]

Either Nancy Grace has completely lost her mind, or she's hoping the Smiths will say more if she cultivates their good wishes. Oh, so now it's a fact the Mr. Smith offered to take a polygraph just because he says so? And she insinuates that the Tempe LE isn't justified calling them POIs -- glad she was shot down on that one. Hope she's just playing the "good guy" for a reason.
I like her, but I'm starting to waver.

Tammi says he had diaper rash when they got him. TPS doesn't want to say if he was neglected, it was a bacterial yeast infection rash.
NG is making me nauseous.
Jack saying that it's a heart thing, convincing him that the baby is alive, he saw love in EJ's eyes.
