I don't get Nancy's attitude tonight and it's making me furious. I know you guys already watched the show (I am watching the repeat)...just venting. She was so so rude to the Tempe PIO. I am really tired of this.

I totally gave up on NG a long time ago because of a couple of cases where she was extremely biased or I thought was very mean/cruel even though I never watched her much. Then after that I saw the youtube where she treated Elizabeth Smart poorly (although Elizabeth then made her look bad!).

I have to respectfully disagree. I think her losing her OWN three children is the reason she could not traditionally adopt.

We're working the San Antonio connection to the nationwide search for a missing 8-month-old boy.
Our Yami Virgin talked to a local man who may be the last person to have contact with the boy's mother before she hopped a bus and left San Antonio.

Good thought. I have been wondering if TPS (reminds me of toilet paper) had gone on a "shopping" trip. It seems maybe the hubby went with her. This makes sense to me.

really the level of journalism has gone down so much. Newspapers are pretty much on their last legs and the writing in them is just horrendous. TV seems to be a ratings game, no real reporting. I think the internet is the best now

TPS's facebook. I thought it was December 24th but after looking at it again I see it was the 23rd. And she sat there on NG tonight and said they didn't have any contact with EJ until after the myspace correspondence? TPS didn't post on EJ's wall until Dec 31st. Probably after she was arrested and TPS knew it. I can just imagine that post.

These were back in 2004. It's not concerning to me, 2004 was five years ago and there has been nothing since. There are people who get in trouble and manage to get their life together, over time. Time says that Logan is doing ok, it's Gabriel's mother that should be concerning (and the Smiths). The Tempe Police Dept. said that Logan would be a fine parent, that's good enough for me.

I have not read all the threads so excuse me if this has been covered but do we know how she got to FL? Did she fly?

And my gut feeling is that the Smith's know more than they are saying. I keep thinking at some point the Mom will decide to spill the beans if they were involved. She won't go down on a murder charge if she can put the blame on someone else. Kind of like Casey, if she could blame anyone else she would, no way she would have been sitting in jail this long unless she has no one to point to but herself.

I agree with you about the Smiths knowing more than they are saying and LE has voiced the same opinion tonight, even designating them as persons of interest in the case. I think EJ has not fully understood the trouble she is in until maybe just recently. Hopefully today she did start to realize and started talking.

Thank you Nocgirl-- LM evidently has very many strong family ties in AZ, and from poking around, I have seen many pics of him with Gabe from birth onward looking very much like the proud, good and loving father I am sure he is -- I'd like to see more airtime given to LM -- How can these strangers (and now POI) be alowed all this media time for their "point of view"? How can they be allowed to cast doubt on this innocent victim (LM) and his family? I want to see LM and all of his loving family support system given their time in the media, their side of the story as it seems obvious to me that LM adored Gabe -- Frankly, it makes me sick that this couple is given any credibility in the media

I am the last person who will stick up for a dad in a case because of my own personal thing but I honestly believe that Logan has gotten his stuff together. If I read it correctly, his last run in was 2005. Five years ago. I think he really wants good for his son.

Has anyone emailed TS's facebook posting to Nancy Grace? I would have loved NG to have questioned TS about that. Since this forum has the most posters that are on top of what is going on... I am guessing TS is a frequent guest here. I am sure TS had already gotten a story down for the fb comment. Of course she would fumble through her story like everything thing else that spews out of her mouth.

Personally... I believe that TS had no idea this would escalate into national news. I believe she organized the whole thing. She wanted EJ to lose her rights to the baby... to make it easier for her to gain custody. EJ... not showing up in court + the texts + running + handing baby off = bad mom/jail/loss of custody. And with Logan... she already thought she had that in the bag since EJ told them he was so abusive. Two bad parents in her mind would have put her that much closer to getting Gabriel. She is very desperate and most likely her every waking thought go into planning a way for her to gain a baby.

I think TS provided the hand off contact and does know where Gabriel is. I think TS is stuck right now and very nervous and careful how she is to contact the people (if at all). I am hoping that Gabriel will show up anonymously at a door step really soon. I am keeping hope for a happy ending!

Yep, this just might call for snail mail via overnight delivery with instruction on exactly what her good friends who are keeping baby Gabriel for her are to do. I'm relatively sure Gabriel will turn up at a church within the next 48 hours.

Yeah... I think he will show up really soon.... and of course it will be in a weird and far away city with no posible TS connection. Probably even a different state... so then 4 states will be involved to make it even more confusing.
