Maybe the POIs hooked momster up with some underground group whose mission is to help women disappear with their kids....keeping them away from dad. Momster messed up when she sent the death text to Logan. She was probably instructed not to have any contact with family and friends. But, being the spiteful hag, she couldn't help herself from trying to hurt him. The POIs see themselves as saviors..I want to see them do a perp walk!

I think the plan was for LE and everyone else to think that they had hooked up with some underground network and were running together, possibly out of the country. LE would be looking for a mother/son duo. And since it was a non custodial parent issue, it wouldn't get the attention that true missing children do. By separating them, it made them harder to find. EJ could change her appearance and Gabriel would naturally change as he grew older. Might have worked too except for that phone text...and maybe the myspace update.

That makes me think about the report about the phone pinging in Victoria Texas. Perhaps the phone was there but EJ wasn't? Did she have her phone when arrested? Was that part of the plan too. Make it appear as though she was headed to Mexico until the phone died. :waitasec:

Actually, I think the hand over took place in Victoria.....close to Mexico.....then he was taken to Nashville. And from there?? I think the POIs know.

I linked the page and hope I did it correctly but if it didn't you can go on the Az dept of Real Estate site and scroll down to search agents about 3/4th of the way down. His legal name is Jackie D Smith. I also looked up their current home which they purchased a few months ago and is in her name only.

Not sure if any of this matters to anyone or if his legal name has been posted before but after I googled his name a city data page came up showing he had a Tenn address. Maybe that's some of the Tenn connection. I would have dug deeper in the search but am limited in time this morning.

clinic, “Healing Waters.” She provided this service for fifteen (15) months or more. Ms.
Smith advertised on her “Healing Waters” web site that “Colon Hydro-Therapy helps
heal and alleviate a vast majority of diseases and disorders.” Ms. Smith also provided ion
foot baths, infrared saunas, advice regarding nutritional needs and maintained a small line
of nutritional supplements for purchase. The Consent Order stats that Ms. Smith must
immediately cease and desist from practicing all aspects of naturopathy, including,
specifically the use of hydrotherapy, massage and administration of botanical and
biological drugs. Ms. Smith shall pay two (2) Type A civil penalties in the amount of
two thousand dollars ($2, 000.00) assessed for each violation of the Medical Practice Act.
Dr. Rosen made a motion to accept the proposed Consent Order and Dr. Lovelady
seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Yes she discusses that on her site. Basically, she practiced in Nashville for three years without a licence because they do not recognize "natural medicine" and don't issue licences for it. She was charged and she didn't show up for her court date I assume. Nor did she send legal counsel. I guess she just up and left the state.

I'm really confused about how long TS has know her. One interview she says she met them 7 months ago (Gabriel would have been one month old) in an airport and the next she's saying that she only knew the mom for 3 or 4 weeks. I know this has been mentioned here before but does anyone have any explanation on this?

All I know is... if you look at the pictures of baby Gabriel, there is one that shows him getting a bath in the kitchen sink, and TPS's little daughter H***** is in the pic, smiling at the camera. In this pic, Gabriel looks to be no more than 4 months old, possibly even younger.

The various pictures of Gabriel, at various sizes and ages over the past 8 months is what will do them in, as far as their lies about how long they have known Elizabeth and Gabriel.

Very plausible. Didn't that report say the ping was three days before she was arrested? Was she arrested on the 30th or 31st? I think I've read both days. So that would put the phone there on the 27th or 28th?

I don't know the context of this quote, perhaps she was replying to someone fitting that description? If not, it seems strange, but I admit to not knowing anything about the surrogate trade -- I suppose the "married" part is safer, and California is sort of stereotyped for being "free minded" -- the military part is perhaps wishful thinking for someone on the move, without strong roots? IDK just guessing --it's after midnight, and a long day

That block of text that was posted is the sum total of TPS's profile on the Experience project.
But on the other hand, I think in 2007, there was a big stink about military wives that were becoming professional surrogates. If TPS saw that, she was/is desperate enough to jump on that bandwagon.
